"The Lodge" is a beautifully finished self contained holiday let in the middle of a working alpaca farm with over 100 alpacas and llamas grazing in wildflower meadows surrounding The Lodge. The Lodge is fully equipped with modern facilities. Luxury Rural Retreat with Hot Tub set in 3 acres

Little Fisher Farm provides luxury rural accommodation capable of sleeping up to 6 people and is surrounded by a large 3 acre private garden and farmland.  Our Hot Tub Leisure facility is available to book at an extra charge. Farm-View Retreat provides an open plan ground floor comprising fully equipped kitchen, dining, living and bathroom area together with a convertible sofa bed. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms which can be either super-kings or twins and another bathroom.

This small unique place has a style of its own. Cozy, comfortable and clean. Located in a residential area in West Worthing with easy access to shops, train station and bus routes. Within walking distance of the beach or you have the use of bicycles. We converted this space as independent accommodation for our daughter who has since flown the nest. Just a 10 minute walk to West Worthing station giving good links to Gatwick and London with Brighton only a 20 minute journey away.

Tucked away at the end of a long farm drive, on the edge of the South Downs National Park, it offers a true “get away from it all” experience. Bijou, comfortable single room garden cabin ( 1 superking bed or twins ) with kitchenette, excellent WiFi,TV and adjoining ensuite shower and WC, set in the middle of an SSSI within the South Downs National Park and accessed by an unmade bumpy track. Please note this is not a village location though pubs are about a 5 minute drive ( walkable with good footwear and a map ! ) A car or bicycles are favourable although we have accommodated hikers overnight.

A peaceful seaside hideaway - a secluded, tranquil space with a superking or twin bedroom, ensuite bathroom (bath and shower), kitchen and living room, with conservatory and south-facing patio area, all within a short stroll of our beautiful, quiet beach.  A self-catering detached cottage, with its own driveway, private parking, EV charging (for a small additional cost) and cycle loan/storage.
