This place is a gem. We stayed two nights and can't recommend it enough. Ady is the perfect host. He was super friendly and helpful. The place and its location itself are amazing. The views makes the breakfast even more enjoyable. We would definitely love to come back. 💕

4 of us stayed here over Christmas as Dad’s house couldn’t accommodate us all. It is a beautiful apartment tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Great location and surprisingly quiet. Highly recommend.

It was very easy to find, thanks to the clear instructions. The location is great—just a short walk to the beach and close to bus stops. Sam was a fantastic host: friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The only minor downside was that the private bathroom wasn't en suite; it was adjacent to the room. Still, it was private and clean, so not a major issue for us. We were truly impressed by how well the house was kept, and staying in a loft room with a lovely view made it a unique experience. Highly recommend also planning a trip to the Seven Sisters—just about an hour from Brighton and absolutely breathtaking with its cliffside views.

My friend, her dog, and I all stayed in the loft and had the best weekend. Vanessa and Chris were both so friendly and helpful that we felt right at home. The location is wonderful, with lots of lovely walks and quick drives to the beaches. We highly recommend the walk to the Quarterdeck Café and Chichester Marina. There are many charming pubs nearby, or you can enjoy cooking and dining on the terrace. We had such a lovely time that we're already planning our next visit so thank you again!

Lovely apartment. It was clean, cosy, private & quiet. The little roof terrace is a great bonus & it was good to have a parking space. Yes, there is limited headroom as many people have commented on, but it tells you this in the description! I am 5' 11" &, yes, I did have to bend to wash my hands in the bathroom & I had to watch my head around the place, but I made an informed decision when booking & I'm glad I did - it was worth the trade-off for such a cosy retreat; a perfect bolthole for us to escape to for a couple of days. One thing to be aware of - the oven is only a mini oven, about the size of a small microwave (& there is no microwave). That said, we were able to cook our oven ready fish & chips for 2 no problem, tho it took quite a bit longer than usual. The location of the apartment is excellent. It is only a few minutes to walk into town, or the park and there is so much lovely woodland surrounding the town. Also only a 15min drive to Nymans - well worth a visit :-)

I stayed here whilst working locally for 6 weeks. Hosts are friendly and helpful and were responsive on arrival for a prompt check-in. The property was very clean on arrival and had washing facilities available to use twice a week. You can hear the TV/voices etc from downstairs. The property can get very warm but there is an air-con unit to use if required.

I had a great stay, it was a great base camp for work. It was nicely far from the busy city yet close enough to be easily commutable. The flat was as described and had all of the amenities I needed to live there comfortably. Jonathan was a super host with fast response times, he was happy to help and was very polite. Highly recommend to anyone either working locally or looking for a break from the city madness.

Luke was brilliant - communication was amazing, Luke even changed our room to a better one last minute, and the location was amazing, we know Brighton well and loved this place. Bed was SO comfy, really nice apartment, no issues with sound or anything like that. The only thing was cleanliness could have been improved slightly, it didn’t bother us, but just one thing to improve 😊 overall a 10/10 just based on location and the place
