Very central location, so brilliant for access to the beach, restaurants and shops. G was very communicative and helpful. She extended our check out which really helped us make use of the last day with two small children. We will be back! X

Lovely place just few steps from the water. Close to restaurants and the main street. Cozy apartment. Andrew has allowed us to check in earlier. We would gladly come back.

A lovely top floor flat right on the High Street and close to the beach. We had a glitch checking in, but this was swiftly fixed. Great location so long as you're happy to climb stairs, and don't mind a little bit of noise on a Saturday night

Sea View is a comfortable flat which is in a perfect location for visiting family in the Southend area or exploring this part of Essex. The flat has a lovely view across to the River Thames estuary. The flat has two bedrooms with comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen, a clean bathroom with hot shower and a comfortable lounge / dinning room. The flat is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is parking for a small car with off road free parking for something bigger. The flat is easy to access with clear instructions for the key pad and with using the heating etc. The flat is in a good location for many tourist attractions in the area and within walking distance of local shops, pubs and the shore line. Trevor is a very helpful host who provided lots of information and advice prior to our visit. He was very understanding when we reported an minor accident to a furnishing and we resolved the issue amicably. Thanks Trevor and our apologies.

A beautiful apartment. Clean and tidy with everything you need for a short break. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic little apartment minutes from all amenities. Very secure car park so I wasn't concerned for the security of my van overnight. The block is on a busy road and the traffic noise is noticeable if you are used to a quiet night. TV had all the apps so you can watch whatever you want to. Bar and grill directly below the apartment block does an amazing burger too. Will definitely book again next time I am working in the area.

Lovely modern clean apartment . Very handy if you want to see something at the cliffs pavilion. As just around the corner . Close to Southends main strip . Every need catered for . Only thing missing was a bistro table and chairs on the balcony . Enjoyed our stay

Jason’s place was wonderful for our little family and super close to old town and new town. Sara’s was great for brunch Sunday morning and the Library playground and library were great for my little one on Saturday.

This is such a great place. Really close to the high street and some gorgeous restaurants. (The Woodfire Kitchen gets a special mentions for their kind welcome and lovely food). Caroline made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and our family of five plus dog didn't want to leave! I'd thoroughly recommend snapping this up if you want to be in central Whitstable, close to that action and a short walk to the beach. And if you're a runner, there's a great Park Run along the beach.

We had a fantastic couple of days by the seaside staying in this lovely house. It was clean and cosy with great design and everything we needed for our stay. The wood burning stove was a particularly nice feature for April evenings and the outdoor space was a real sun trap to capture Spring sunshine. All the shops, great restaurants and the seafront were all within a couple of minutes walk. Would definitely recommend it as a delightful getaway spot.

This was an excellent location for us to spend a long weekend with our children and grandchildren to celebrate Mother’s Day. Our party consisted of 6 adults, one infant and 2 babies. The layout of the property was ideal for our requirements. The large kitchen/diner and living room were great spaces for our communal needs, while the two large( one equipped with TV) and one small bedroom were perfect when privacy and downtime was required. The large bath in one of the bathrooms was a great bonus for bathing the babies. The property was uncluttered and all the furniture and appliances were modern and high end, providing a very comfortable and relaxing environment. Lyn/Jamie gave prompt and detailed information on suitable places to celebrate Mother’s Day prior to us before finalizing our booking. We tried a few of these during our stay and endorse the recommendations made. Will definitely consider again for future celebrations/long weekends and recommend to friends.

Helen’s place is really a great home to stay in and looks way more spacious and light than in the pictures. Very cosy, so many rooms and inventory to discover, what a great vinyl collection!, dog friendly, great communication. We spent here time as a group of 7 and really enjoyed our time and relaxation away from the city. Helen even left me Champaign in the fridge for my birthday! So lovely. Many thanks, we would definitely come again!

Stunning High end finished property in a lovely part of Leigh-on-Sea. The host was terrific with helping us have a truly good stay. The house is literally the best Airbnb we have stayed in this area. The garden is a terrific space and lovely views over the estuary and with sunrise to sunset it has a wonderful position. The place was immaculate and far exceeded our expectations. With all the walkable restaurants, shops and bars it's difficult to check out and not want to move in full time. Really worth booking if you can get in at any time. Thank you!

If you are looking for a cottage in Whitstable look no further than this one. Spotlessly clean, great amenities and endless hot water. Located literally one minute from the top of the High Street and the Harbour. Harriet was responsive and easy to communicate with and the information pack was very very comprehensive and bang up to date. If we stay again in Whitstable this we definitely be my first choice. Local highlights - the food at The Duke of Cumberland, the sea front walks and the beer at The Sea Farmer’s Dive Taproom

we had a lovely stay at Rosemary's Retreat. Very comfortable and quiet, away from main road. There was plenty of tea and coffee, including a coffee machine with Tassino pods. Rosemary was very welcoming, a first class host. we would definitely stay here again

Lovely stay in Southend, Bev was very quick at responding and the flat was a perfect hub for a quick weekend getaway

Great location, nice and quiet. Close to the beach and 10 minute walk to the pier. Looked like the pictures and exactly as I was expecting. Sofa and beds were comfy and plenty of afternoon sun on the balcony.

Great location - close to transport and the restaurants and the buzz of Leigh … but also really quiet. Beautifully decorated. Exceptional extras with brilliant facilities. And Karen was absolutely awesome.

I am a heavy travellers . I stayed so many places before. Hotels or flats. Aniesha’s flat is like a five star hotel suite! Very modern and stylish. The building is only 1.5years old. Very clean and the location is very convenient just in front of railway station and near supermarket and shopping center. Lots of restaurants nearby. It makes me feel like home. Thank you Aniesha! Aniesha is a very nice host. I already look forward to coming back again! Wish a merry Christmas and Happy new year.

It was our first time in Southend. We loved the flat, it was nice and cozy and the outdoor space was a plus. Daria was very friendly and responsive, very good communication throughout.
