This property is stunning and great for a large group or family to enjoy the beautiful winelands. Joe was hugely helpful, communicative and always there to help us when we needed him. Highly recommend!

What a lovely place! It had everything that we needed. The view was absolutely spectacular and our time at Broadlands was very refreshing. Kathy was a wonderful host. She was very friendly, shared really interesting community information and took time to make sure we were settled and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay!

What a stunning stay me and my family had at this villa! The rooms were stunning, the kitchen was fully equipped, and don’t get me started on that view. Daniël was a fantastic host and he was so responsive. I would definitely recommend this for a family getaway.

We struggled to realize the location was actually in a secure complex setting. So we drove past the entrance a few times & also asked the guard where to go … but he did not know. So we drove around a bit before realizing the location was actually in the secure complex - Avignon. ( This may be on the information & it may be us that did not read properly !!) A wonderful stay … easy it book in & very comfortable & spacious. Great setting in Hout Bay & secure and also nice walks within the complex & play area for kids.

La Vue Parfaite lives up to its name as it is the highest house in Gordon's Bay! My family loved the weekend we spent there as it is big and secluded and great for having braais, enjoying the sun and the pool - in fact, the only time we left was to re-stock supplies at the nearby supermarket!

Our stay at Nicki’s Villa was much better than expected as this was only my 2nd Airbnb stay. The house was beautiful and perfectly accommodated my family which includes 3 children under 3 years old. Everyone had their own space and there were several common spaces for us to gather both indoor and outdoor. The villa was very clean and includes daily housekeeping services. The villa is in a gated community with guard service so we always felt safe. We also used the recommended Chef Mark who came to the villa several days to prepare breakfasts and dinners (including appetizers and home made desserts) for our group. My 13 year old nephew said that was the highlight of his trip. The food was fantastic and the presentation was top notch. The Villa helped to make this one of the best family trips we have experienced to date.

Even better than we thought it would be! Must see in person because photos can't do justice to the home. We had an amazing time staying at this beachside home! The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking, and being able to access the beach right from the backyard was wild! And the hotub at sunset!🤌🏾 The house itself was beautifully decorated, with every detail clearly thought out. Our host was so welcoming and even had snacks waiting for us—cheese, crackers, fresh mangos, nuts, ostrich jerky, and candy—such a nice surprise! They helped us carry our bags down the stairs (which are a bit steep but totally worth it for the view!). We felt so relaxed here, especially with the housekeeper who did our laundry and even cleaned our shoes after a hike. We didn’t want to leave and couldn’t be more grateful for such a thoughtful host and an unforgettable stay. Thank you for letting us visit!

Location of the house is great as it takes 7/8 mins driving to get to lions head and table mountain trails, 3/4 mins driving to get to camps bay beach, 10/12mins to get to beautiful Llandudno beach and then you are 8mins away from starting the magnificent drive to the peninsula with amongst the most picturesque and stunning views in the world. House is a three bed super comfortable and pool is great if you have kids that need to be entertained at all the time. We will come back

Pieter was a great host, he was respectful and very sweet. The house was amazing, views were great and you could find everything that you’re looking for. Definitely would recommend for people to stay here.

Realmente la casa cumplió con todos los requisitos. La casa estaba muy limpia y ordenada. El check in fue muy bien organizado, incluso nos ofrecieron hacer el check in en un horario más temprano que nos fue muy conveniente. La ubicación de la casa no pudo haber sido mejor, frente al mar. Dese todos los lugares de la casa teníamos vista completa al mar, realmente muy impresionante. Todo estaba sumamente limpio y ordenado. Judith, nos ayudó mucho con la limpieza de la casa y también con cualquier otra cosa que pudiéramos necesitar. Me guataría poder volver TODOS los veranos!!

This gorgeous house is all about the location and that stunning view! You will never get sick of watching the sun set over the ocean from your private veranda. The house is beautifully decorated and well stocked, in a superb location near Camps Bay. Siya was exceptional and very helpful. Thank you!

I was tempted to say that Sam's place was as photographed, but the photographs do not do this place justice, at all!!!!. The scenic view outside the dining room and on the balcony are worth the stay. It's spacious, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. As a collective, we felt at home in the villa especially with the security provided. Sam is such a responsive and thoughtful host, and Mestina, the housekeeper, is a gem. She does a wonderful job, is sunny, and can be a smidgen shy, but truly a joy to engage with, if you choose to do so since she isn't forward with guests.

What a beautiful place! This is probably the first time that I missed the AirBnB after I got back to my home. The house was in a stunning location. It was a great base to discover Cape Town because of its central location. We had a great time. Thank you, Gagan and Gautami.

Wir waren 4 Nächte und waren super happy. Das Haus ist central, nicht weit weg von allem und ruhig gelegen. Es hatte alles was man brauchte. Besonders liebten wir den Pool und Garten. Es war alles sehr sauber, nur etwas in die Jahre gekommene Möbel im Schlafzimmer, was nicht weiter schlimm war. Ein großer Esstisch wie auch viel Platz im Wohnzimmer waren super. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Plettenberg Bay ist ein super schöner Ort um viel zu unternehmen und in dem Haus zu entspannen 😊

The house was stunning, it felt very peaceful waiting for the family and we enjoyed how spacious the villa was. From the moment we received the keys, we were given a detailed guide on how to get around. The kids loved the swimming pool and that VIEW?! Breathtaking. Of all our stays in The Western Cape, this was in our Top 2 (in over 109 stays). 7 mins to central Stellenbosch , near the beaches and only 25 mins to Cape Town. Right in the heart of the Winelands. The villa was immaculate with very clear and accommodating hosts. For a family of 4, we all had our own bedrooms with en suites and one of the largest pools in a private residence. Washer, dryer (which is rare), air conditioning and lots of open communal space. We loved in so much that we made an offer to the owners to purchase 😎. Do not hesitate to book this gorgeous villa in a secure neighbourhood. We look forward to coming back in the near future.

Excellent stay, spacious, good quality utensils and pots in the kitchen which were a pleasure to use - it was a nice surprise. Lovely setting, patio private but you can interact easily with other families around the nearby dams. Lots of fun. Host very helpful. Would highly recommend this villa.

We’ve just spent 4 weeks (4 adults 1 child and a baby) at the villa and it was the most amazing stay! The villa is in a perfect location and had absolutely everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Matthew the house manager was just the best! So helpful and kept the villa spotless throughout our stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was convenient — close to shops, restaurants, a bit far from key attractions. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout. Overall, a lovely spot to unwind and explore the city from. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting CPT!
