Un dépaysement parfait! On l'a choisi pour l'atypique et c'était parfait ! Des déshumidificateurs réduisent l'humidité de la grotte, mais font du bruit plus ou moins fort. Attention aux personnes hypersensibles au bruit, pour les autres c'est tout à fait gérable. On recommande, les hôtes sont aux petits soins! Merci encore pour cette superbe semaine

This is a beautiful apartment and the views are stunning. We loved the proximity to the sunset viewing, and it was only steps away from many restaurants and shops. Maria was very helpful arranging our transport from the airport, and we really appreciated the full breakfast provided (and the wine!)

This was one special stay! This cave is a sacred and cozy spot full of an amazing energy. The place more spatious than it seemed in the pictures and super comfortable with everything you need inside. It didn’t take long for us to feel at home. The hosts were very responsive and detail-oriented, providing us in the cave with all things you may need to make you feel right at home. You definitely need a car to move around as there is nothing really within walking distance. But we love the quietness and remoteness of this space. It has a beautiful terace where we chilled and made a grill, and also a terace on top of the cave where you have an amazing view of the region and the ocean. We spent two weeks there and this cave made our stay 10 times more special! Thank you so much 💚

Unique and beautiful place to stay. Very secluded and private with walking distance to major sites and restaurants and close to nature. It is worth noting that it is up on a hill and a little walk up stairs to get to the house. Don’t miss star gazing if it’s a clear night.

Maison très typique et familiale. Nous vivons à l’intérieur-extérieur dans toutes les pièces ! Et que dire de la vue ? Splendide ! Bien placée lorsque l’on veut s’éloigner des zones touristiques et profiter du calme et de la montagne. Un super séjour !

Wonderful and unique stay right in the middle of Oia. The space is private and very cool, with a great plunge pool and fresh bread delivered each morning. The hosts are very responsive and helpful, including arranging transportation to/from the port and airport and providing local recommendations. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a special and central stay in Oia.

this was a perfect airbnb. breakfast was lovely bed was comfortable shower was cute. perfect for honeymoon or a couple. heated hot tub with the sunset view was heavenly. only issue would be the amount of stairs we had to go up and down. prepare yourselves for that but otherwise it was truly an amazing experience!

Nikolaos's place has a huge potential; it's a cutest old little house with an astounding view and a quiet beautiful beach 2 min drive away; it's situated in a very quiet zone of the island and it's bright and airy. Host is helpful and always keen to help!

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft von Tag eins an super wohl gefühlt! Alles ist sauber und die Anlage sehr schön gestaltet! Vor allem die Gastgeberin Helen war uns mit ihren schnellen Antworten uns tollen Tips eine große Hilfe!

Todo estaba bien , nos explicó la llegada así que bien , si sigues las instrucciones , lo único que hay que tener cuidado con las calles estrechas pero es fácil llegar

Duncan has created such a perfect get was location - whether you are a Lord of the Rings fan or not. Everything is provided, from the wood and coals for the fire to the towels and robes for the hot tub. Duncan is super welcoming and responsive to any question, and you can tell that he genuinely wants to help however he can to make your stay perfect. We could not recommended this place highly enough. We will definitely be back!

We had a very pleasant stay in the beautiful cave. The atmosphere was very cozy and Lieve was a very gracious hostess. We spent the days exploring the Gor area, where there is many beautiful hikes and unique sightings. The afternoons and evenings was spent in front of the fireplace. Very relaxing stay, we will definitely be back.

Liebe Jana,lieber Jaime, es war sooo schön bei euch.Ihr seid wunderbare Gastgeber und man fühlt sich sofort willkommen.Die Wohnung ist so aussergewöhnlich, es macht wirklich Freude bei Euch zu wohnen.Von den Leckereien und dem Zitronenbaum mal ganz abgesehen.... Man braucht ein Auto und gute Nerven für die Serpentinen, aber das erklärt sich von selbst.Nach zahlreichen Ausflügen auf der Insel war es immer etwas besonderes zurück in euer Haus zu kommen. Gerne wieder Alles Gute und bleibt gesund

Πανέμορφη μικρή σπηλιτσα για διακοπές σε ησυχαστήριο. Το κατάλυμα ξεπέρασε τος προσδοκίες μου, η Claire μάς υποδέχτηκε αυτοπροσώπως και ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμη για ερωτήσεις και παραπάνω από πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει. Η ιδιωτική βεράντα ήταν το κάτι άλλο για μας καθώς ταξιδέψαμε με σκύλο. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

She accepted our request at last minutes And everything was perfect expect toilet seat was not clean but rest everything was perfect and we had no issue there was no electricity from 9am -10:30 am and then at 11 am checkout time electricity again turned off so make sure to pack your stuff exactly before check out time

It was a joy to stay with Philippe and Lien at their gorgeous property! A perfect location for a couple or besties getaway in Provence, we were delighted at every turn by their attention to detail. They displayed excellent communication and service before we even arrived as they made reservations for a fabulous lunch and arranged for a massage therapist to visit the property for our desired treatment. We enjoyed their pool and hot tub every evening to relax (get ready for some amazing views!) and we were kindly left a lovely breakfast each morning to wake up to. As design experts and architects, Philippe and Lien created a gorgeous space here, the room has everything you need plus, gasp, who doesn't want to stay somewhere surrounded by the limestone of Provence?! We came as strangers and left as friends. Merci Philippe and Lien for the incredible experience!

Fantastic cave house 💖 Home was clean, cosy and had everything we needed. Also has lovely garden/patio area. Area is beautiful and host was very helpful - gave clear instructions to find place, supplied firewood and did our laundry. would stay agian. Hard to fault anything - could be improved but a curtain/door through passage to bedroom for more privacy. If your tall you might find low passage to shower difficult but was not a problem for us.

It was great stay. We enjoyed all of it. I am recommend it to everyone we know. Definitely want to do this this again in the future!!!

My husband and I had a wonderful visit to the Hobbit House. The bed was comfortable, house clean and nicely appointed decor. Views from the windows are beautiful . As another person reviewed, the couch is a bit uncomfortable and a little worn. The sauna was not working at the time and we let the host know. Overall, we had a lively time and will be back again.

Our stay was beyond incredible. From the staff helping with the luggage up the stairs, to entering the place and seeing the beautiful views. The photos don’t capture it all. The beds were very comfortable, they have fans which my husband used since he likes it cooler at night. There was rain and thunder one night but during the day the sun and weather was perfect for kayaking and paddling boarding. Fredy the groundskeeper helped turn on the temezcal (sauna) each day after our morning swim on the lake. We got the chef for lunch and dinner, best decision and food was delectable and traditional. Erynne provided recommendations including where to buy the best coffee in the lake. The staff were always so sweet, welcoming and shared a lot about the indigenous culture with my teenagers. We saw three scorpions but my husband grabbed with the kitchen utensils and put them outside. You must be adventurous, if you are going to Lake Atitlan. Our stay was nothing but pristine, peaceful and relaxing

ci siamo trovati davvero bene la struttura era impeccabile i proprietari ci hanno fatto sentire subito a nostro agio e tutto era super pulìto. Poi non capita tutti i giorni di fare un’esperienza immersiva all’interno di una grotta e dormire isolato da tutto il resto. Silenzioso e appartato davvero ottimo. grazie ♥️

Un logement remarquable, tant par sa localisation (sous le chateau !) que pas son confort, sa décoration très artistique, ses équipements. Mireille m'a accueilli en personne et le contact était excellent. Le travail artistique qui décore cette demeure troglodyte en en soit déjà une vraie surprise ! C'est clair, on y retournera !
