This was our 2nd visit to the villa. Stelios as always communicated well. He met us at the villa to check in. He was flexible with the time. Its obvious how much we love the villa, as we returned! Stelios has a beautiful villa, it was immaculate and had absolutely everything that we needed. Stelios was at hand, if we needed anything at all. The decor is beautiful. The surroundings are stunning, as you are on the beach! There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance & a lovely bakers. We had a wonderful holiday, partly due to Stelios kind & caring nature. He is very friendly. I can't wait for us to return.

Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος και όμορφος. Ο κ. Νεκτάριος ήταν κατατοπιστικός , φιλόξενος ,βοηθητικός και απαντούσε άμεσα σε ότι μηνύματα του στέλναμε.

Effie’s place was an amazing airbnb experience! The place was as described, and Effie and her husband made sure they made our stay even more comfortable and easy, providing all we needed for our 2 year old son (cotbed with proper mattress, highchair etc).. The place was very close to the beach and also to Aígio which was great for everyday strolls and supplies; the apartment was very clean and had everything you needed (fully equipped kitchen- bathroom, good quality linen and towels, netflix etc) and nicely decorated. They were both great hosts and cared for our needs fully and went the extra mile even when we decided to extend our stay in order to provide us what we needed. Effie was very quick to respond in our communication and even though we booked the place last minute she organised everything very quickly; excellent host- superhost. I would definitely recommend Effie’s place for a very pleasant and easy going stay.

Excellent hospitality, and discretion. Though my 1 yr old daughter had a very cranky weekend, Giorgos was always courteous and understanding. The location is great. What other reviewers wrote about the temperature being lower than everywhere else is true. The property is saturated with trees and flowers, lowering the temperature around significantly! Wonderful stay, I would certainly recommend it.

Spyros came to greet us and handover the keys, he was really nice, he showed us the whole villa and explained all the amenities. The villa was huge, actually divided in two different apartments. The pool was really nice, provided with sun loungers. Once we arrived, the host also provided us with some drinks and local snack, it was a really nice touch from their end and it was not expected at all

Πάρα πολύ όμορφο και καθαρό κατάλυμα σε μια υπέροχη τοποθεσία. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικός και μας παρείχε και φορτιστή για το ηλεκτρικό μας αυτοκίνητο. Πλησίον βρίσκεται η πλατεία του χωριού με ένα όμορφο και παραδοσιακό ταβερνάκι.

Ho appena trascorso due settimaneindimenticabile in questo splendido appartamento in Cefalonia e non posso che lasciare una recensione super positiva! La posizione è semplicemente perfetta a due passi dal mare. La casa è accogliente, pulitissima e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno rilassante. Ma la vera ciliegina sulla torta è stata l'ospitalità della Host. È stata estremamente gentile e disponibile, facendoci sentire come a casa fin dal primo momento. Ha fornito ottimi consigli su ristoranti e luoghi da visitare, e si è assicurata che non ci mancasse mai nulla. Se state cercando un posto per rilassarvi e godervi la bellezza del mare greco, questo appartamento è la scelta perfetta! Lo raccomando senza alcuna esitazione e spero di poter tornare presto.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an Airbnb property and I must say, the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Everything was good. The property was exactly as described in the listing. It was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities one could possibly need. The owner was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. From the moment I booked, communication was prompt and clear. The owner was always willing to help with any questions or concerns.

The place was great! Μιχάλης and his Father Stephano were extremely helpful with all of our needs. Anything that we asked (something that needed fixing or if we needed anything) - a solution was found. The setting itself is beautiful, going in August it was very cool and pleasant at night. In this town (like many in the area) the local population mostly does not speak english, so have your google translate ready to go. There is a small bed and breakfast type hotel that is on the property as well (run by the same family), there is still a feeling of privacy and there were no issues at all We were a group of 9 total and were very comfortable. We had 2 babies and there are a few places that are not fenced off (over a small cliff), we knew this in advance and we were able to keep an eye on the babies during the stay. The location is great for anyone who wants to explore Peloponnese We were very happy and would definitely stay there again!

We have just returned from a weeks stay at Tasos&Vicky stunning villa. They were incredible hosts who were always easy to contact and communicate with. When we arrived they gave us a beautiful bottle of wine and basket of treats. The villa itself is kept in pristine condition. It is modern and has all the amenities you could need. Cleaners and pool maintenance come every morning during your stay and are extremely helpful and friendly. The location is very convenient with a shop less than 10 metres away and is a short walk from all the local bars and restaurants of Tsilivi. We couldn’t recommend the Villa enough and we would love to visit again. Thanks Tasos&Vicky!

Great spot and wonderful accommodation. I’m lucky enough to have travelled extensively and this villa was up there with the best. The pool is at the front of the house with a big bbq area to the rear with a lovely social area while you cook. The hoste was wonderful and even provided us with lunch on the day of our arrival from his local restaurant. The food was fantastic. We were given flexibility on check in and check out times but I guess would be dependent on how busy they are. They have an attitude that if they can help they will do. All the bedrooms are lovely and spacious and all the finishing around the property are done to a very high standard. If we return to Zante we would certainly stay here. A car is needed but I think that would be the case in anywhere you stay in the island and the local town is beautiful and only a few minute drive. The property has lovely views of the ocean. We waren met 5 personen in de villa. De benedenverdieping was voor ons. Heerlijk ruim. Een slaapkamer had 3 bedden, de ander 2, in de woonkamer was nog een prima slaapbank, die onze zoon het liefst gebruikte. Het uitzicht was fenomenaal.. nog nooit zo mooi uitzicht gehad in Airbnb. Ondergaande zon op ( wel in onze tijd warm) terras. Zwembad ernaast was heerlijk met bar voor drankjes en restaurant waar we heerlijk hebben gegeten. Heel dicht bij de archeologische site van Olympia waar we voor kwamen.
