Good value for money. If you’re with a car, the location is ideal. It’s in the middle of the island so it’s a great distance to any point on the island. The house has a spacious bedroom and a spacious living room with kitchen with traditional wooden furniture. It has a front porch and a balcony in the back. The host is friendly and attentive. It’s in a village so the surrounding is peaceful. The Greek local neighbors are friendly and we made friends with the neighbor’s dogs. Highly recommended to go to the taverna “Pirounaki”, 5 minutes walk from the house!

Wir haben uns in dem Apartment von Maria sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr hell und geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Auch war es sehr sauber und wurde alle paar Tage erneut gereinigt, regelmäßig gab es frische Wäsche. Die Matratze im Schlafzimmer war sehr bequem. Der Kontakt mit Maria war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich, wir haben uns sehr gut versorgt gefühlt und hatten viel Freude mit der auf dem Grundstück ansässigen Katzenfamilie.

Beautiful and highly recommended place for a relaxing holiday. Heavenly tranquillity, magnificent views of the bay, the sea and, to the rear, the mountains. Very much space. We were 6 people and everyone had their own space, also to be able to withdraw sometimes. Wonderful courtyard/garden! The kitchen had everything you need. Everything was very clean. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The beach is only 10 minutes away by car. The beach consists of pebbles with beautiful clear turquoise water. Beach chairs, umbrellas and showers are available everywhere in the many beach bars. We also made lovely trips to the surrounding area; Mycenae, amphitheatre very close by and a stalactite cave (about 1 hour drive). We would definitely like to come again.

Beautiful and peaceful location, lovely and comfortable accommodation, very near to the sea, short walk to great and authentic restaurants and a general store. If you are looking for a quiet and restful holiday this is definitely the place - great for families. The potential for more adventure is also there with easy vehicle hire to explore the gorgeous island.

j'ai pu passer une semaine de qualité dans ce logement fidèle à sa description. nous avions loué une voiture et il est possible de se garer sur place. si certains guides indiquent qu'il est possible de se déplacer à pied ou en bus, nous recommandons d'avoir un véhicule. il est possible d'en louer à moins de 10 minutes à pieds du logement. nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Bij aankomst werden we meteen enthousiast en vriendelijk welkom geheten. Hoe de woning staat omschreven in de advertentie, zo zag het er in het echt ook uit! Schoon, ruimtelijk en voldeed aan alle wensen! Top service! De host is vriendelijk en was goed te bereiken voor vragen, activiteiten en tips! Met 11 vrienden hebben we een leuke vakantie gehad!

Ein wunderschönes, sauberes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus in super Lage, abseits vom Trubel mit mehreren Balkone und Verandas. Mann sollte jedoch Motorisiert sein um an die Strände der Umgebung, welche die schönsten der Insel sind, zu kommen.(5-10 Minuten Fährt, je nach Strand..)

Vielen Dank Fotini für Deine Gastfreundlichkeit. Die Unterkunft war toll und wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist ein toller Ort mitten im Olivenbaumwald. Sehr idyllisch und gemütlich. Unsere Kinder hatten viel Platz zu entdecken und spielen. Vor allem die Tiere waren ein Highlight. Von dort kann man wunderbar starten um die Insel zu erkunden. Es war ein toller Urlaub und eine sehr gute Zeit.

Such a beautiful place, we had the pool pretty much to ourselves and it was perfect for us and the kids. Nearest beach is walking distance but you need a car to get to shops and tavernas. Lots more gorgeous beaches within 20 min drive and tavernas 5-15 min drive. Zante town was also great for shops and food 30min drive. Martha our host was lovely and attentive. The villa was cleaned daily and the pool too. We loved it would definitely go back so peaceful!

We had the most amazing time away in this villa. We stayed for a week here and it was beautiful. This was our first holiday away as group and our host Reizi made this holiday the best it could be. He was so responsive and friendly. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for more. Anything we needed he helped straight away and went above and beyond. He was also so helpful with food places and taxi companies. The whole family were so friendly and generous to us. The villa was spotless when we arrived and we received another clean on the 3rd day which we thought was great and unexpected. The location was great. We were within walking distance of Tsilivi. Only a 10 minute walk or a 4 minute drive. The villa was peaceful and very private. Also full of greenery and looked exactly like the pictures. We found the local people really lovely and they went out of their way to accommodate us. We honestly don’t have anything bad to say and would definitely love to come back.

An incredible find. The villa is beautifully designed—modern, stylish, and fully equipped with everything you need. Impeccably clean and thoughtfully arranged. The host was warm, responsive, and made everything effortless. Highly recommended for a smooth and comfortable stay.

Everything about this stay was amazing! Anta, Antoni and the entire team were so friendly, warm and welcoming. Wine and olive oil on arrival, daily check ins to see if there was anything more they could do, recommendations of the local area (including driving us to the shops when we'd gone to explore for ourselves!) - they are just incredible hosts. Our children loved playing with their girls, and we made the most of the beautiful pool, table tennis, tennis, running path... in the most beautiful of surroundings. We were even lucky enough to have a free tasting of the wine and olive oil produced from the estate (and brought plenty home too!), and it was lovely to listen to them share the history of their family and the local area. To explore the island we did need a car, but would absolutely do that again rather than staying somewhere more touristy. We hope to return - wonderful holiday!

Ons verblijf in Arkadai Villa was top ! Geweldige plek, zeer sfeervolle villa met vele extra’s super compleet. Enige wat je niet in de hand hebt is je buren maar daar hadden wij het mee getroffen. Zowel eigenaar Alexandra als de lokale host Simone waren zeer behulpzaam. Beste vakantie huis wat wij ooit hebben gehad ! Mvg R. Schrijvers 👍

We loved Lavender cottage set amongst beautiful trees in blossom with the only sounds of farm life to break the peace. The host was lovely and gave us free eggs, jams and citrus fruits on arrival. All of her decor touches and her generosity were greatly appreciated. All the best Clare

wir hatten eine wunderschöne zeit in emilys haus. der schöne garten hat uns verwöhnt mit allerlei köstlichkeiten. emily und george sind sehr liebe und zuvorkommende gastgeber. bei problemen sind sie sofort zur stelle. man erholts sich in einer ruhigen gegend die wir zwei nur empfehlen können. galo chimona markus u catherine

Tolles, luxuriöses Haus mit sehr viel Platz und großem Pool. Sehr ruhig gelegen und sehr schöne Aussicht. Edward war immer erreichbar und sehr hilsbereit. Die Kinder waren begeistert von den vier Hunden, die auch am Grundstück wohnen. Würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

The villa is so spacious, plenty of place to sleep, and relax. Full of nature, best scenery of the sea, mountain, town and hill. The room is clean and fully stocked. We enjoyed the fruit freshly picked from the garden. It's highly recommended for family and large group of visitors...! This is the best stay we have ever had outside our country...!

Christina macht alles für euch! Sie hat uns am Flughafen abgeholt und uns wieder dorthin gebracht - ohne Bezahlung. Wir waren den ganzen Aufenthalt über Handy verbunden und Christina hat immer wieder gefragt ob alles in Ornung sei. Außerdem hat sie uns wertvolle Insider- Tipps gegeben. Unterkunft hat einen schönen Garten und super ruhiger Lage. Kann sie wirklich nur weiterempfehlen!!

Prettige en vriendelijke ontvangst. De eigenaar is heel behulpzaam, neemt regelmatig even contact op. Meerdere keren is er schoongemaakt. Geweldig mooi uitzicht. Hier zouden we nog wel eens naar terug willen komen.

Our stay at your house was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The hosts were friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. We enjoyed every moment and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in deze prachtige en luxe villa op Zakynthos. De inrichting is stijlvol, het uitzicht schitterend en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. De villa is ruim, goed onderhouden en van alle gemakken voorzien – ideaal voor een ontspannen vakantie. Een groot pluspunt was de geweldige schoonmaakhulp. Ze kwam elke dag langs, maakte alles grondig schoon, verving de handdoeken en verschoonde eens in de paar dagen ons bed. Dat droeg echt bij aan het comfort van ons verblijf. Wel willen we een paar punten ter overweging meegeven. In de oorspronkelijke advertentie stond dat het zwembad verwarmd was, maar pas een week voor aankomst kregen we te horen dat hier nog €50 per dag extra voor gerekend werd. Inmiddels is dit aangepast in de advertentie, maar dat was bij onze boeking nog niet het geval, wat voor ons een onaangename verrassing was. Daarnaast hadden we regelmatig problemen met het warme water. De eigenaar reageerde steeds snel.Verder een top vakantie gehad!
