Hey Y'all!, we are offering a small shack (which was scheduled to be a portion our Boy Barn). It's 10x12 feet, furnished with a daybed with two twin mattresses. There is a retro DVD TV, mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and hot plate. Up our driveway and behind our home, you have use of an outdoor half bath and internet access. Behind the shack you have a private bonfire, hammock deck, a composting toilet and a covered area with a clay grill in an outdoor cooking area.

Located behind our 1930’s farmhouse, the Gilcrest Cottage is a newly re-designed and renovated space offering privacy and peace to any traveler wanting to explore Knoxville, Powell, or Norris Lake! Perfect for couples or families of four, we would love to host you on our property as you explore East Tennessee! Please note that we do live a farm friendly lifestyle. The cottage is located next to our personal cut flower garden and our 6 chickens free range our two acres.

The Farm House

Winter is here and we are ready to cozy up by the wood stove! With skiing close by, we are hoping for snow! This barn has been converted to a delightful, cozy farm house where guest come not only for the stay but also for the experience! It’s been said “there’s a bit of magic in the air” as you meander the long wooded drive through our private 33 acres to the house where our horses greet you upon arrival! This is the perfect place to call your home away from home.

The Barn Loft- Romantic Getaway & Hot Tub

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. The Barn Loft is nested in the original hayloft of a renovated horse barn giving the feeling of a treehouse. No one lives below the rental. The Loft hosts a French door entry into a kitchen/living room open floor plan with king mattress in the private bedroom. Cook your own meals in the fully stocked kitchen or propane grill, relax in the hot tub, and wake up to enjoy the complimentary coffee and tea.

Welcome to Chancey's Place at Faith Acre Farms, a 30 acre horse farm in lovely East Tennessee. Close to everything Knoxville has to offer and yet far enough away to hear the quiet of nature. 10 minutes to Windrock Park with ample parking for a trailer. You will have this one bedroom, one bathroom apartment all to yourself. Full kitchen with open layout. Hosts are on site and can be available anytime to assist, give you a tour or just to answer questions.
