I dont know Where to begin with this place. Rudy who is excellent met us at the airport and arranged everything and took us to the house. When we walked in the garden it felt unreal. It’s sooooo much more beautifule in real than the pictures. The garden and pool is AMAZING, so is the living area and villas. The stay at the house couldnt be more perfect. You have Rudy who you can call about anything and he Will help you with WHATEVER you need. Then you have two more people who cleans, do laundry and everything else at the house and garden. Dadai and florent. They were also amazing. It was always clean and fresh (no matter how we left it with two small kids doing a lot of mess). This is so worth the money and if youre going to Boracay THIS is Where you should live. Erich is so kind and fixed babychairs and beds for the babies upon our arrival and always answered fast when we were wondering about anything. We are so grateful for this stay and we are going to miss everything. Thank you!

Thank You Leah, your mom and to the rest of the staff especially Junior!! It was an amazing stay, felt like home and most of all my pet chiki enjoyed it the most. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The room is clean the design of the villa is well planned. The area is peaceful yet walking distance to the main area of panagsama. Extra patience on the road going in if you bring a car as it is small road though locals are very willing to help and adjust 😉. Overall, a great stay and would definitely come back. Lovely home. Very spacious. Place was spotless and exactly as described in the listing. Hosts were responsive, caretaker was also very accommodating. This would be the perfect place to stay, the only downside to it is since Boracay’s transportation options are very limited and expensive, and since the location is uphill, e-trikes charge a lot to and from Stations 1-3. Was also surprised at the rate for utilities charged at the end of our stay, but since the place was quite affordable, I’d say it’s justified. Thanks Rinaldo and Jean for letting us into your home.

Lovely place, birthday well spent as the house is very homey and is capable to Host large group. You get to interact with the pawikans as well as they linger in the beach premises.

Caleo Boracay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Friendly staff and very accommodating!

The place is spot on! From the moment you see the villa from the outside to stepping inside, it's photo-perfect. As soon as you enter, you're welcomed by the stunning sea view and the beauty of the place. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, and the kitchen and dining areas are clean and well-maintained. The bathroom is equipped with complete amenities. Overall, the villa is perfect for relaxation. I would definitely come back here for another time. I also commend the host for the fast reply to our concerns and the staffs, especially Ma'am Edith, for welcoming us, attending to our needs, and providing excellent assistance throughout our stay. The breakfast served was also well-prepared and delicious.

Accommodating and friendly staff— they provided additional requests like bbq grill, additional fan and 5 gal water for our group. Rooms were exactly how it looked like from listing photos. Quick access to beach front.

The host and guest manager/s was very responsive, accommodating, and friendly ‘til our last day of stay. The location is also very convenient and has easy access to almost everything, specifically the beach proper (Station 2) and restaurants. The room is clean and has this homey and cozy vibe. Overall, we really had great experience and stay! Thank you again~!

My stay at Valeria's went great. The access to the private beach and the swimming pool were amazing. The appartment was very clean and will all equipements mentionned. The breakfast was great with a choice. I had the philippino breakfast that came together with fruit bowl and juice. Much better than most hotel. The person that received us was welcoming and aswered to our need.

Nice little one bedroom apartment in a typical neighborhood. Reasonable walking distance from white beach and lots of restaurants and bars. Needed a few small items when we first checked in and the host was very responsive. Be aware that it is a three floor walk up.

The Host was very responsive and friendly. What we liked the most is that the unit is in the poolside so the kids enjoyed the pool. The unit itself was very modest and we felt at home right away, And its even near D’Mall. Everything looks very well taken care of as well. We’ll definitely book this unit again when we come back to Boracay.

Stayed at Joyce’s home for one night & she was very responsive & accomodating! Asked for an early check in & she was very helpful in that regard! The home is located within a 3-5 minute walk from d-mall Boracay & very easy to catch an e-trike to and fro! The home itself is as shown in the pictures, very lovely and comfortable, not to mention a great pool to swim in. The only lop-side to the stay are the stairs to the room but hey I needed my steps in! You can ask the security to help with luggage if you’re not shy enough to ask! I would definitely come back & stay at Joyce’s home!

3박동안 머물렀습니다 4번째보라카이고 올때마다 페어웨이에 투숙했습니다 이번에는 원하는 동으로 배정받을수는 없었지만 저렴한 가격에 투숙할수 있어서 좋았어요 조식은 550페소 추가금으로 먹을수 있었다

An absolute gem! We stayed here for the last leg of our Boracay trip and we wish we stayed here for our whole stay instead of a hotel to start up with. From check in to check out Irene and their staff are all so helpful, if we needed anything or have any questions they’re always there to help. It is a bit hilly but it’s not that bad to be honest. The villa is about a 10 minute walked to diniwid beach which is I believe the best beach in Boracay so that’s a massive bonus! All in all we love this accommodation and our daughters loved the pool as well. On our last night Irene gifted us some cakes which is really nice and unexpected. We will definitely come back here in a couple of years when we come back to Boracay for sure!

Jedinečné místo s jedinečnými lidmi. Doporučuji všem kdo si chce užít klid a nádhernou pláž s korálovým útesem. Toto místo není moc turisticky vyhledávané a budete mít možnost poznat skvělé místní lidi. Stávili jsme na tomto nádherném místě 79 nocí a vždy se budeme rádi vracet. Doporučuji zůstat minimálně 1 měsíc, protože toto místo vám krásně vyčistí hlavu. Hostitel Simon rád ve všem poradí, půjčí motorku. Místní rybáři vám denně přinesou čerstvé ryby, kalamary, chobotnice, mušle a krevety. V místním malém obchůdku koupíte běžné potraviny. Grilovaná ryba při západu slunce je skvělý zážitek. Navštívilo nás při našem pobytu několik našich přátel kterí byli nadšení. Simonovi psi nás doprovázeli při procházkách po pláži ..

Very good place to rest and sleep in a quiet and natural environment, yet very close to the beach and restaurants. Everyone was very kind and helpful.

The place is simple yet amazing! If you need to unwind, or need a quiet but beautiful location… then this is the place for you. Plus, the caretakers are very friendly. They have assisted us so well. A night of stay in Patricia’s place is not enough.

The home was cozy and located in a peaceful area. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Ms. Sharon and Dexter were very accommodating and made sure I had everything I needed. They were thoughtful, respectful, and easy to communicate with. I truly appreciated their hospitality and would be happy to return in the future.

Absolutely loved this place. It's minimal and super clean and has all the modern amenities you could need. They even provided beach towels and there is a waterfilter on the shower head which made my hair really soft. Jungmin and everyone else at the property were friendly. There was an issue with the wi-fi for 2 days but Jungmin made a hotspot, so that was greatly appreciated. We also really liked the setup with the projector, it was super cozy. The location is quiet, only a minute away from Bulabog beach and 10 minutes away from White Beach. The only thing that would have made it even better was if we would have received the door code in the welcome e-mail so that we could have entered immediately upon arriving. Other than that we had a perfect stay!

Kasha was absolutely amazing, a true superhost! We loved every moment of our stay at her place. It’s incredibly peaceful and beautiful a perfect escape from the crowds of Boracay. We originally booked just one night, but ended up extending because we didn’t want to leave. The staff were all professional, friendly, and genuinely kind. The food? Easily the best we’ve had in the Philippines. Honestly, 10/10. I’ll be recommending Kasha and her place to everyone I know. Thank you for everything! Lazar

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Kleiner abgelegener Strand vor der Haustür (mit Schildkröten, Achtung aber viele Treppen zu gehen), Tumalog Falls und Waleshark Area sehr nah und auch mit einem kleinen Fussmarsch zu erreichen. Ansonsten fahren auch Busse direkt vor der Tür, mit denen man überall hingelangt. Unterkunft ist etwas abgelegen dafür sehr privat. Der Host war zudem sehr nett und hat und mit der Buchung unserer Touren toll geholfen! Danke dafür! Ich kann diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.
