June was great at communication. We were met at the airport and guided all the way to the apartment. A first class service. We changed our plans at the very last minute due to us being unable to go to the Camotes due to the weather and came to Boracay. June was tremendously helpful especially at such short notice. The place is very spacious and is very clean. We like the extra little details like having charging cables and adaptors, first aid kits, and office supplies. The location is safe with security at the gate and is conveniently located close to a grocery and other restaurants. Highly recommend this place.

Jamie's condo in the Palladium building is almost brand new and it's well built and furnished nicely. Well located and the concierge and porters are very helpful always opening doors for us and carrying luggage or whatever we bought when shopping. No cost and no tips expected, even from the lovely, efficient cleaning staff. The washer and dryer in the laundry was appreciated and so was the large fridge and cooking facilities. There’s heaps to do around the Palladium and it’s only a quick walk to Megaworld Centre or a quick Grab or Taxi ride to SM City (only about 80 pesos). We loved having the unit as a ‘home base’ when we went to Boracay for a week and to Guimaras Island for a few days. Location in Iloilo is great and Jamie’s condo is very quiet on the 11th floor. Lifts are fast too. Would love to return and if available, we would book with Jamie again next year as her unit is outstanding value

The excellent location of the complex is in a quiet, secure location, 5 minutes walk to the beach, you can get to other parts of the island by bus, which stops near the house. The apartment is clean, cozy and has everything for a comfortable stay. A big plus is the availability of 2 electric scooters. Geremias and Maribeth are very nice and friendly hosts, gave advice on the island, and always responded promptly. Thank you for your hospitality.

We had an amazing stay at Ocean Garden Villa in Newcoast Boracay! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and stylish. The township is beautiful, peaceful, and felt very safe throughout our visit. The location is perfect for both relaxing and exploring the island. The hosts were incredibly attentive and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The on-site staff were also kind and helpful. Overall, it was excellent value for the price. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Boracay—I’d definitely love to stay here again!

Glad to find a place where we can bond with families while in Bacolod. The place can accommodate up to 12 persons. My nephews and nieces enjoyed the night swimming at the community pool in the subdivision. We enjoyed our stay this house❤️😊

Excellent host. Lovely place! Stay was overall wonderful. :) Apartment is as pictured but, best for 2-4 pax only who are very close because the beds are small. Place is small for more than 4 adults. Washing machine was usable but broken when we stayed there but is super convenient for those who stay longer than a few days. Street parking is hard if you have a vehicle. Masskara chicken (yum!) and Quinos (use the coffee maker!) are just outside the village along with All Home.

We felt safe and peaceful in the house and in the neighborhood area, had clean and much ample space, and most importantly, the hosts were very understanding of our needs and responsive throughout our stay. Nice friendly owner and caretaker . Very good customer service which is most important. Spacious tidy home . Electricity cost payable on checkout is clearly costed and reasonable .

Lovely stay during Christmas eve. Host was very approachable and was on site when we needed assistance. Perfect house if you want some peace and quiet (in the city). Perfect for families who wants to bond since there’s no tv and other stuffs as a distraction. Would definitely come back. Pool and outdoor garden was really nice.

The house and the garden were well-maintained. We didn't use the kitchen so much because most items were dusty and there was a cockroach. Overall, it was a great stay, the bed and pillows were clean and comfortable (towels are almost brand new). The highlight would be the beautiful paintings that art lovers would appreciate, and their garden that provides a relaxing ambience (we loved waking up to the sound of the birds and leaves rustling). Kuya Jun and Ate Ana (caretakers) were friendly and accommodating (we had to wake them up late at night to open the gate for us). It was just a bit scary when the power went out because there was no emergency lights and the place was super dark, although they have back-up power that they turn on after 10 minutes, as per the caretakers. GrabFood/GrabCar can easily requested from the area.

This is the perfect place to visit my girlfriend's family. It's centrally located for her family to be able to visit. It's spacious and accommodating. There's a pool and billiards table to keep everyone entertained. Also the caretakers on-site are very helpful. And Gina makes sure we get checked in and settled before ouour stay. I highly recommend this stay.

What I really love about our stay are how peaceful and smooth our stay with my bestfriend turned out. Our goal is a hassle-free staycation and this Casa Calma gave us all we needed. The place is comely. Feels like home. Everything we needed is there— untensils are well clean, appliances such as iron, washing machine, ice cooker, microwave works fine and the bed sheets are clean as well. Everything is being prepared and spotless. The toilet is polished and when we had an empty bodywash when we arrived, they respond immediately and provided us one. It was a convenient stay and we have nothing to worry about home needs. Plus points how responsive the host. We definitely book again and marked this staycation as one of our second home in Boracay. Because the condo itself is worth a visit. People and personnel there are polite and friendly. Our Boracay trip becomes ideal and worth a stay. Thank you Ms. Myra and the owner of this unit. It’s a well-appointed space, with very comfortable bed & nice decor. The location is a very convenient. Just a walking distance from 7eleven & Metro Mall. Feels like home. Ms.Gera is very responsive. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at JJ's. The place was exactly as pictured - clean, charming, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend getaway. The location was perfect for us, offering peace and quiet. they have awonderful host, providing clear instructions and quick responses to our questions. The bed was incredibly comfortable. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful vacation. It was excellent value for the price!

Staying at D’Casa was an absolute delight! The place was spotless, beautiful interior, and exactly as described in the listing. It truly had everything you need - fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Paulie (the host) was incredibly responsive. The location is quiet, peaceful and safe neighborhood. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to my family and friends. ♥️

The place is the same as described. It is spacious and clean. It also has the amenities that I needed - microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, and kettle. The location is very peaceful and I would really recommend booking this place if you want to relax from the busy city. There’s a nearby supermarket, restaurants and cafes which was really convenient. The host is also friendly and the instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and easy to understand.

What a great slice of paradise this airbnb was. It has everything you need at your fingertips! The staff are wonderful and the area is perfect. We absolutely loved every part of our stay here! Can’t wait to come back and stay again!

Lett is so friendly and helpful. Cris is a superstar and helped us tremendously, very kind and organized. The condo is close to esplanade, festive walk, SM, everything. These guys make sure everything is available inside the unit. it's clean, lots of kitchen equipment, even food and snacks. The bed is comfortable, the aircon works perfectly, access to the roof deck to dry clothes, or you can even use the laundry service in the condos. 7/11 convenience store just a very short walk across the parking lot. everything, I mean everything is here. Big jug of filtered water ready for your use inside. Cris does a fantastic job keeping the unit maintained and working well. these guys are superstars. don't hesitate to book with them. This is the place folks. book it if you find it available!! You will not be disappointed 😉
