Mario's airbnb was a pleaseant place to stay. The decor was fabulous. It was very cozy and easy to locate. Just a few steps away from the beach. Updated kitchen, and bathroom. Pleasant treats for guests were on the table and beverages in the refrigerator. All appliances worked well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your airbnb.

We found paradise! If you are looking for a private beach, you will love this place! It's at the end of 7 mile beach, which you can easily reach by foot, where you can find restaurants and bars. Note: access to beach not suitable for kids as you are crossing hedo club beach. We loved the house, it's in a small comunity with great neighbours, really fun but quiet. You can snorkel just around the beach or if you dare swim to booby cay, great snorkeling. Mirelle is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again, thank you!

Talk about a great escape. Shasta’s listing was amazing and extremely convenient. With the market just a minute away and walking distance between Ricks Cafe and Rockhouse. The only issue is that the road way in the back of the house can get dark but it is well lit by the listing, the old restaurant might look a little spooky but I love to see how nature naturally takes over. The area is full of great views and peace and quiet.I will most definitely make my way back to Shasta. Most definitely appreciated my 2 little bodyguards (2 adorable dogs).

The apartament is located in a decent spot in Negril. The beach is nearby, there is a store just few steps away. Cool spot

I had a fantastic stay at the beautiful manor with excellent service. It truly felt like a home away from home. Can't wait to return soon!

We’d give Barry and his place 10 stars if they’d let us. Please is as described. King aized bed, kitchen, air conditioning, cable tv, internet all good. Beach location is ideal, quiet, peaceful beach, awesome for hanging out and snorkeling. Barry is also just an excellent host, gives great communication and provides a multitude of suggestions and guidance on the area. This was a great transition for us, going from previously staying mostly at AI properties and now staying at more of a residential complex, in many ways thanks to Barry’s advice. Barry is extremely responsive and is a good person to rent from. Highly recommended. Thank you!

The Airbnb was in a nice location in Negril. Very easy to get to places and beach. It’s very modern and has everything you need. I felt very safe on the compound and the area is very quite. Would definitely comeback if I stay in Negril again. Kaylene and Miss Rattray were very welcoming and kind!

Tusind mange tak for en helt fantastisk ferie på Jamaica i Negril hos Jana Marlena and especially mr Stuff! Som hjalp os og sørgede for at vi altid følte os hjemme. Stedet er lige on the spot! Tæt på Negril og alligevel helt for sig selv tæt på perfekt lille strand med krystalklart vand (Snorkkeling!) og vores favoritrestaurant “Cano Bar”. Vi var på fin tur op til Bente River Falls, som Mr Stuff arrangerede for os med en super kompetent Driver mr.Henry, som vi ligeledes kan anbefale varmt. Altså for Søren! Det var 100% alt sammen og vi svævede på skyer nu og da hjulpet på vej af venlige lokale med lommerne fyldt med et eller andet, jeg ikke ved hvad var, men fint var det. Vist nok en eller anden urt, de dyrker på denne frodige og superlevende ø syd for Cuba. Så tak tak tak Jana Marlena for at måtte bo hos dig. Vi kommer igen!❤️❤️❤️

Lovely place! Has everything you need for your stay. Perfect location and Awesome Sea view. Pictures match exactly! The bed is very comfortable and I slept well. Ruth's place is definitely a home away from home, and is exactas advertised. Just beautiful. I loved being able to sit on the balcony under the beautiful night sky. I would definitely stay here again.

My stay was absolutely perfect in all way. This is my 2nd stay on the property and I love everything about it. The property itself is beautifully kept. Ms Zenie is wonderful. The array of fruit trees and beautiful flowers help to make the grounds even more fantastic. As for the accommodations, it was everything I wanted / needed. A beautiful room with enough kitchen space, roomy fridge and a coffee pot. Easy access to the beach and plenty of places to grab food or a drink make the location even more perfect. Thank you for a great trip and can’t wait to be back

We had a wedding to go to and decided to make a small vacation out of it. Wesley let us park in his gated lot and gave us the best recommendations, from eating at Sips and Bites (yum) or heading out to Alfreds Ocean Palace for a fun day on the beach where they had chairs and delicious food and a full bar. Every place he steered us to treated us kindly and fairly and we were so grateful to Wesley's thoughtfulness in his suggestions. Honestly wish we had allotted more time to stay in Negril cause we would have loved to hang out and relax and spend more time with Wesley. Genuinely a chill person and so kind and helpful. He even shared with us some juice from the local fruit when we checked in and it was so yummy. Definitely can't wait to come back.

Right from booking Jethro was friendly and quick to respond to inquiries. I was out in touch with Kerrion who answered all questions I had and helped arrange for groceries to be delivered since we had a late night check in. She was always available once there if we needed some towels, a blanket, sheets etc Peter drove us anywhere we needed to go and was so friendly and easy going. He sent out of his way to make sure we went where we wanted to go and make suggestions of places to eat etc He also made us the most delicious meal on our last night. The apartment was updated and clean. Pool is beautiful and it was so quiet and off the beaten path which made it feel very secure. Locked gate and excellent locks on the patio doors. There were not a lot of the ‘extras’ like cooking utensils, dish clothes, bbq utensils but I brought some dish clothes and we bought some paper towels. There are 2 big plates, 2 small. Some cutlery and small sharp knives. We had a great and relaxing time

Such a beautiful apartment from the decor and interior which creates a relaxed feel. The pictures and description is a true reflection of the place, the amenities in apartment was great and useful. Claudine is an amazing host her communication before my holiday and during was great and replies were always prompt. I enjoyed my stay with only a 2min walk to the beach, this was a key location with beach access. Restaurants and places to visit, I would recommend this place and would love to stay in the future. My stay at Christopher’s apartment in Negril was amazing! The community is absolutely beautiful, and we felt completely safe and secure throughout our stay. The apartment itself was lovely—well-furnished, clean, and equipped with AC in both the living room and bedroom, making it very comfortable. Christopher was a fantastic host—kind, professional, and very responsive, even though we hardly needed to reach out since the apartment had everything we needed. This will definitely be my go-to spot for my frequent trips to Jamaica. I Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Negril

We had a wonderful one-night stay at Pam's place before heading to a nearby resort. The check-in instructions were very clear and the property was well kept and quiet. I would highly recommend staying here.

Fendi's place is really cute and looks even better in person. We really enjoyed staying here. The view was amazing day and night. There's nothing like relaxing in the jacuzzi with a glass of wine while watching the stars. There are lots of nice people on the property. It's very close to restaurants, night life, and grocery stores. Fendi was always available for suggestions and very responsive. I will definitely stay here again. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great value and cozy place to stay.

Accomodation was awesome. Apartman is directly in the beach - it is part of complex, but this apratman is in the nearest place zo the beach. See was beautifull and clean, and not too many people on the beach so we have calm time there. Noone bother us with selling somethin. Christine comunicated quickly..we had issue with AC, and she solved it promtly. Thank you for oportunity to be there…we had 3 different apartmans in Jamaica - but this one was best. Highly recommended.
