Thanks to perfect instructions, we had a wonderful stay!! If you’re local-ish, bring your own pillows 🫣 but it was a great set up, parking included, and trader joes/target right downstairs for anything else you need!

We need a base to set up in LA before going onto Las Vegas, and the Nevada onto Route 66. We needed enough room and able to accommodate 3 blokes. The apartment was everything we needed. It was private, quiet, clean and well presented. Jorge was an amazing host, always quick to respond. Left us a goody tray with some snacks which we devoured, after a long flight! I would highly recommend this apartment and Jorge!

Lena is an amazing host. Very helpful and communicative. Her apartment is spacious, well equipped, with every thing you need. Great kitchen, laundry inside and great little balcony. The complex has a reasonable size gym with everything you need for a work out. It’s has sauna, a large pool and hot tub. The apartment is very close 200 m walking distance to restaurants and groceries stores. The Maria is 300 m away. Venice beach pier is a nice walk and Lincoln blvd has every thing you need on it. Lincoln blvd makes it easily accessible to every part of Los Angeles. Great apartment and stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Shawn’s place. I plan to stay there again the next time I’m in LA.

A short preface. We live in Los Angeles and lost our house in the Palisades fire. We were looking for a nice place to stay while we looked for a house to lease. It took longer than we expected and Kathy made it possible for us to extend our stay twice. Since we live in L.A. and raced sailboats for several years, we are very familiar with the Marina. The Marina are has lots to do and see and Kathy’s place has great access to it all. Additionally, it has easy access to fun shopping, grocery stores, restaurants and movie theaters. Also, it is two easy blocks from jumping on the Marina, (90), freeway which gives you access to all of L.A. The unit itself was spotless, quiet and well supplied with basic linens cookware etc. There’s a nice spa and pool on the 1st floor and a good gym. Losing your home is not easy but Kathy’s place gave us a quiet place to recoup and plan for the future. Thank you Kathy.

Alles, wirklich alles an dieser Unterkunft war perfekt 💯 Unsere Teeni Tochter hatte oben ihr eigenes Reich und das Bett im unteren Schlafzimmer war groß genug um mit einem 1,5 jährigen drin zu schlafen. Die Küche war ein Traum. Viele gesunde Basics waren vorhanden (Ghee, Avocadoöl, etc) Wir haben uns von der 1. Sekunde super wohl gefühlt und waren echt traurig nach 11 Nächten schon gehen zu müssen. Wir sind oft mit dem Buggy runter zum Pier gelaufen (15min), einfach ein Traum. Außerdem war es außergewöhnlich sauber. Die ganze Anlage in der die Wohnung liegt, ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber trotzdem ist es toll und gemütlich 🥰 Gym ist auch völlig ausreichend. Michela hat uns auch ungefragt tolle Weihnachts Tipps für die Region geschrieben. Und sowieso war die Kommunikation mit Michela, Jake und auch Jerry total unkompliziert. Danke für alles 🫶🏼 Wenn es passt kommen wir definitiv wieder.

I had an amazing stay here! The studio was clean, polished, and so comfortable to live in, complete with a balcony, gym, pool, rooftop view, loungey lobby and very helpful reception. Sasha made sure I found the right address when I arrived and introduced me to the adorable place with so much detail and care. All living necessities and toiletries were already provided, including towels, washing/personal care, kitchenware and laundry detergent. The location was truly convenient - walking distance to lots of restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and a quick 10 - 20 minute drive to melrose, beverly, the grove, and downtown LA. Very close to some of the other places I visited as well, such as the Getty, Griffith, and UCLA.

My wife and I loved this place! Would definitely rebook again when in the LA area. All of the amenities that were available were great, especially the blender for our morning smoothies! We felt safe and appreciated a parking spot in a garage! The apt feels much bigger in person, has a large walk in closet and large bathroom! The location is within drivable distance of popular LA attractions. Lisa was a great host, thank you for sharing your space!!

5/5 Stars I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautifully remodeled condo in Santa Monica! The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by the abundance of natural sunlight that pours in through the windows, making the space feel bright and airy. The condo itself is stunning, with modern touches that clearly show the care and attention put into its recent renovation. The location is truly unbeatable—close to all the best spots in Santa Monica, including shops, restaurants, and of course, the beach. I loved being able to walk everywhere and enjoy the vibrant local atmosphere. The condo was immaculately clean and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was tasteful and inviting, making it feel like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a fantastic Santa Monica experience. The host was responsive and helpful, ensuring my stay was seamless from start to finish.

Excellent property, excellent neighborhood, and excellent host. We had a very pleasant stay for a week in Aimee’s condo. I was very satisfied with the amenities, the comfort and the vibe of the entire place. Aimee was very proactive and efficient in helping us with a parking issue, as well as being available for recommendations. I gladly recommend this place.

Clean and comfortable 1 bedroom apartment in a very central location in a college neighbourhood. The neighbourhood is very walkable with TraderJoes just around the corner. Great coffee and lots of restaurants within a few minutes walking. Security guards made the whole complex feel very safe and secure. The host was proactive and very responsive - even offered us a later check in than we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Jonathan’s place was in a great location downtown & very central to everything i needed to be around. parking & street parking is pretty easy to find around the area. would book again!

I cannot say enough about my stay here. I stayed here while being displaced from the LA fires and it has been a home away from home during one of the hardest times of my life. Laura is so kind and generous—she did not price gauge at a time when many are. The location in Santa Monica is totally central and a great place to stay if you are visiting LA. Her place is fantastic. Super quiet, very comfortable bed, amazing kitchen to cool and the shower is EVERYTHING. I will always be grateful to Laura and my time here. She couldn’t be a better host 🙏💗.

This is one of the best airbnb locations I’ve stayed in! We stayed for a month and it was amazing. Super nice place that is very spacious and in a great location. Entire house was very clean and there are lots of amenities. Becky and Alex were awesome hosts and showed us the place before we started our stay so we felt right at home from day one. Both of them were very responsive and helpful when we had questions during our stay. Very safe area and the neighbors are all super sweet. Highly recommend and will stay here again if I am back in the area!

Fantastic place. Great location, close to UCLA campus with major stores, Trader Joe’s, Target, Whole Foods and many restaurants and coffee shops, all within minutes of walking. Property is beautiful, as described and very well maintained. Everything works and the level of amenities leaves little else to desire. Host was not only very friendly and responsive, accommodating an earlier check in, but when the evening before I announced I will be in LA earlier due to a snow storm, they inquired whether I have a place to stay and offered to help. All in all, an outstanding experience and when in LA next time, I will spend no time looking for any other place.

I had a great time staying with Monica! I loved how close the beach was and that the place had a pool you could use, the place itself was absolutely spotless clean and had everything you needed, and her pets, Tutti the poodle and especially Peanut the cat were super cute and chill! I loved hanging out with Peanut during the day :) overall very relaxing stay!

Really great location. The home is really nice and spacious. The pool was great and everything is pretty quiet neighborhood. Just know you’re in the hills so be prepared to walk up a few flights of stairs. The hosts were amazing as well. I will be staying here for other LA trips in the future.

Char was a lovely host bringing me a coffee machine when the one in the unit needed help. Char made the unit feel cozy and warm. I would definitely recommend.

Such a beautiful house, felt so cozy, clean and comfortable. One of my favorite airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at, felt right at home. What an amazing experience! Susan & Melissa were so accommodating, great hospitality. Overall 10/10 stay here and will definitely be back.

We loved our stay at the Magical Treehouse. Our family was displaced by the Eaton fire and we needed a private, peaceful place to bring home our new baby boy, and I was so happy to have booked Brian's place. The house is comfy and well-stocked, the neighborhood is super walkable with friendly neighbors, and the view is absolutely unreal. We're also close to a bunch of great LA neighbors and some really restaurants and coffee shops. Brian was responsive and friendly, too.

Run, don’t walk to Zenice!!! This place is even more magical in person. It has everything you could want and more! Truly one of the best stays we’ve had on a family trip. This place has something for everyone—board games, nintendo switch, electric bikes, sauna, hot tub, large projector, and well-stocked kitchen supplies! We were able to comfortably cook meals, have friends over, and walk to many nice spots in the neighborhood. It made for an amazing family spring break✨ Can’t recommend Zenice enough!

I’m not sure I can actually put into words how special this house is. Tucked away in a very private spot high in the hills, Alison & Brad’s home is better than even the fabulous pictures show. From the hugely helpful and friendly communication from Alison before our arrival, to the gorgeous welcome basket and plentiful extra touches all around the house, to the awe inspiring views and the amazing gardens and pool, we couldn’t have ended our 3 week Californian holiday in a better place! The beds were beyond comfortable, the amenities second to none and the general air of total calm and serenity was perfect. Our 11 and 9 year old girls didn’t leave the pool for a whole day so 12 out of 10 from them! England will be very dull in comparison!!
