We had a lovely stay and would certainly stay again if we were back in the area. Everything was spot on, the icing on the cake was a lovely 30 minute walk along the sea front to a wonderful Indian restaurant called Great Spice.

We absolutely loved our stay at your place! It was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a stress-free visit. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like having all the basic amenities provided and essentials for breakfast - it really made us feel at home. The space was well-maintained and very welcoming, which made it the perfect base for our trip. Communication was smooth and check-in was easy, adding to the overall great experience. Don’t doubt booking this place for a second everyone, if you’re ever thinking of staying in Tauranga this is the place to be. Great pricing and everything exceeded my expectations. After reading reviews & seeing this for myself, I’ve never been so impressed and so comfortable in a Airbnb. Peter’s place gave a homely feeling and the aura was fantastic. I had a weekend get away with my mum & for one of the days my dad & sibling had also visited & were very impressed with the space. They felt right at home as well. Mum and I kept going on about how much we really loved everything about the area Peter & his partner have created. Lots of complimentary food/basics which made the experience of staying here even better. Every detail and everything in this place was beautifully done. On top of this, Peter’s communication skills were excellent, he was very responsive, friendly & helpful. He made this a wonderful time. Overall, I’m looking forward to my next stay here with friends & family 😁

We had a lovely stay at Wendy's place. It is beautifully furnished and spacious. Facilities are all great and the breakfast was an extra bonus. Great communication and flexibility.

Dee's place was an awesome AirBnB, probably the best one I've experienced in New Zealand. It had pretty much everything a traveler could want, from cornflakes to a trampoline. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were spotless and well-heated. Dee also put in a lot of effort into creating a digital guidebook so guests can get any information about the house/area easily. 10/10!!

Words are less to describe this place. Best place I ever stayed Out of my 14 international vacations. Kitchen was well equipped. It had almost everything one needs. House is well planned clean spacious Big garden and on on on…. If I get a second chance, this place will be my first choice. I will definitely prefer to stay more longer. From the Thakur and Vedula family, a big thanks to our host.

We were just passing through, but this space was so comfortable we could have easily stayed for weeks! The beach was beautiful and easy walk from the house. In the morning we enjoyed delicious treats from the bakery just down the road.

And the electric blanket was a blessing.” - says mum If you’re looking for a comfortable resting place with tasteful decor, luxurious & unique additions like a towel warmer rack, homemade jams, Netflix on tv, extra pillows & cushions, actually nice smelling bathroom products, a cookie jar & coffee machine, fruit from the garden if you’re lucky, filtered spring water every day, and a little lovely breakfast bar, look no further than Janey’s place. So many extras I hadn’t expected, Janey went above and beyond to accommodate my mum and myself with such warmth & kindness. Oh did I mention the water view from the rooms? Spectacular. We stayed 4 nights and loved coming back to being able to have dinner at home, even with a kitchenette, some extra cooking appliances from Janey helped, she was just so thoughtful! Thank you Janey, you made our trip with your hospitality. Highly recommend.

Thank you to these kind and generous hosts, they both were so easy to talk with and so helpful. It was a perfect place to have a break at, I just wish that I could have stayed for longer. Such a lovely stay. The rooms were perfectly clean, comfortable and stylish. The hosts were very welcoming and thoughtful. We enjoyed Michael's archery session and Mia's amazing breakfast. The freshly baked bread was fabulous. And the lovely dog Hunter showed me around their beautiful garden!! We had a great time and it is actually the most pleasant accommodation we have ever stayed at in NZ.

Linda’s place was the perfect quiet resting place while I was in town for a friend’s wedding. The cabin had plenty of space for me, was clean, and I had a peaceful afternoon getting work done while sitting out in the porch. Would 100% book again if I were back in town. Thanks Linda!

Amazing place. Very neat, tidy, and with heaps of amazing special touches.

Rose and Roger were very responsive and helpful. They welcomed me when I arrived showing me how everything works. The place was spotless clean to perfection. The kitchen was super clean with everything I needed. The continental breakfast was amazing with so much food and coffee, water , milk and juice left for me. I never seen so much care for the guests ! The bed is super comfortable and the place is beautifully decorated inside and outside with a lovely garden and the spa was so big and nice ! Plenty of towels left for me! The outside garden is private and I couldn’t hear noises so peaceful and so close to the mount! Rose was super helpful to offer suggestions for possible local walks and I felt like at home. Rose and Roger went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant stay! Lovely people ! I had a very nice break and I will be definitely coming back. This is so far one the best Airbnb experiences I have ever had. Thanks Rose and Roger for the lovely stay!

Pauline and Steve went above and beyond our expectations!! Their innovative and architecturally designed house is extremely comfortable, dry and warm: everything you need after a day exploring Waikato or cycling the Hauraki Rail Trail! Bonus: the spa in the garden is what your sore muscles need! Our bikes were safely locked in the garage for the night while we had the best time chatting and having dinner with Pauline and Steve! These two make a great team: Pauline is a wonderful cook and Steve a great host, both are very welcoming and warm human beings. Everything we needed for breakfast was ready in our private little kitchen, including homemade jams, yoghurt and bread! We can’t recommend staying with Pauline and Steve enough. Don’t hesitate and book a night ! Thank you so so much Pauline and Steve ! We’ll be back 😊

A very pleasant stay experience, the bedroom is slightly crowded but the bathroom is spacious. The host's room is separate from the guest’s, strong privacy. I am happy to recommend it to others!

The best Airbnb we ever stayed at in New Zealand! We had the best service from Yvonne and Matthew 🙏🏼 If you are hesitating to stay there I swear this place won’t disappoint you. Not only the owners are very friendly but they cook you breakfast. Yvonne’s salmon eggs Benedict are the best 😮‍💨 They really looked after us from start to beginning! 😍 I would recommend this Airbnb to everyone that wants to stay in Tauranga. Their house is amazing and the view is immaculate 🤩 Their neighborhood is very quiet and they have a pool and a spa pool that you can use whenever you want to. Thank you again to Yvonne and Matthew we appreciate you both! Next time we are in Tauranga we will gladly stay with you again.
