I highly recommend staying at this lake house. If you are looking for a place to relax and have all the things you need to have a wonderful time then this is the place for you. Will’s hospitality and communication was the best I’ve ever experienced with an AIRBNB stay. The pictures of the home look amazing online but when you get to the lake house it is even more beautiful.

We stayed here for my bachelorette weekend and absolutely loved it. Even in January it was beautiful and we enjoyed the walking trails and the hot tub. The house was clean and well decorated. I will definitely be staying in this area again in the warmer months.

My family and I had a great weekend in Guntersville at Tracey's property! Last minute weekend getaway with my 4 kids and we all enjoyed our stay. City Harbor was an unexpected gem that I just so happened to find while looking for things to do around the area. It's less than 10 minutes away and we went multiple times during our stay. I highly recommend getting breakfast at Another Broken Egg Cafe!

Great house, but a bit of a hike to the dock. The dock, kayaks, etc… are great.

Seldom do you find a place where the actual property outpaces the photos (which are quite inviting). This beautiful light-filled treasure made our first adventure to Guntersville Lake one to remember. The kitchen is well stocked, home is well appointed, and the appliances are top of the heap. It’s definitely on our ‘hope to return soon’ list.

The Airbnb was a great stay! Clean, comfortable beds, and plenty of space. A group of adults stayed and everyone was comfortable. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Only complaint was that the couches were stained. But that was literally the only thing. The rest is the place was spotless. Host was super responsive and checked in with me at the beginning and end. Highly recommend if you are looking to stay.

Gate Cottage at Rock Hill Farm is a magical place that checks all of the boxes for a wonderful romantic getaway. The host’s Leigh and Jimmy are so gracious and have thought of everything. The cottage is warm, cozy and immaculate. Everything you would possibly ever need for a wonderful getaway has been thought of during your stay at the cottage. What a beautiful property. A peaceful and comfortable stay at a high end Airbb. Wish they could all be at this comfort level. Host was very accommodating. Location was good for visiting sites. Highly recommended!

We stayed a week with our 2 dogs, meeting our son and his family there. The kids loved our water activities at the dock. They had no difficulty negotiating the steps or the paved trail. The house accommodated our 7 really well. We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen, fire pit and the views from the house and decks.

Tina’s place was perfect for our family! The pictures do not do it justice. Everything was just as described but even better than we expected! We brought 4 dogs along with us. The fenced gates on the front and back porches along with the fenced yard were perfect for them to run around and play. Even though we have vacationed in Monteagle at least 10 times, we used her book of recommendations to try out different activities and places to visit. This vacation away from everything is just what our family needed. Not listed in the description was that the TVs can be used to log into your streaming services. This made our stay extra comfortable! We will definitely be back!

Shannon was super responsive and more than willing to accommodate our needs as we were closing on our home here! We felt right at home and enjoyed the back porch and side yard for our dog! Comfortable beds and fully stocked kitchen! Would stay again 🩷

Cute cottage and neighborhood by the river. House was cozy and comfortable. Didn't get to spend a lot of time there as we were there in the area to work. The surroundings were very peaceful and beautiful!

The Clementine Cottage was perfect. It was cute, quaint, CLEAN, well outfitted with lots of nice extras. She had brochures on all the nearby activities. We fished, we kayaked, we sat around the fire pit, we enjoyed the screened porch. My only complaint would be that I mistakenly thought the cabin would be a little more secluded but even with that being said, it was quiet, it was serene, we enjoyed our long weekend very much and are talking about another trip there. And Gloria is a great hostess. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice everything was.

Came into town for a wedding and I had a great stay. Looked just like the pictures, this place was very comfortable. Loved my stay, would definitely come back!!

Such amazing place to disappear to after a day of work or just goofing. Very private and quiet. Will definitely be back when I’m in the area.

We had a great stay at Heartsong Cottage. I wholeheartedly recommend it. It's clean, very well-appointed and tastefully decorated. The bedrooms are a very nice size with plenty of natural light, comfortable beds, beautiful dressers plus nice closets for hanging clothes. The bathroom has a fabulous shower! We stayed a week so I truly appreciated being able to put all our things neatly away. I also appreciated having a great kitchen to cook in and a nice washer & dryer available. It's near the end of a dirt road but not remote. There are nice homes on each side... but not in your face. Great outdoor lighting, a carport and a fabulous deck which we enjoyed every day. I loved the quiet drive back to the main road. It's in the country but just minutes from Fayetteville... and from Petersburg, which is now my favorite small town ever. It was everything I was hoping for.

This made an amazing trip for my husband and I. The home felt homey and comfortable. We enjoyed fishing and the amenities at the location. We loved every minute of our time and really going to miss the place. We plan on staying there again in the future. Jessica was amazing at quickly responding to the few questions I had during the stay and was accommodating in all ways. Amazing host and location.

Great place to stay right on Tim's Ford Lake. You can walk to the boat ramp right behind the house or use the golf cars to access it. House was super clean. If you are going for a weekend on the water there is enough room to park a boat in the driveway and its 1 mile to the boat ramp! Will stay again!

Perfect spring getaway for our family fishing trip. We were able to get on the water every day that we were there, and it was such a beautiful place with outside things to do with our family. Kerry made us feel at home and made sure we had everything we needed.

Absolutely wonderful visit. The communication was fantastic and the space was beautiful and comfortable. I absolutely loved my stay and I will be back.
