Two bedroom typical kiwi Bach with 180 degree sea views. Located just 100 metres from the famous hot water beach. Small rustic style Bach with expansive two level deck that makes the most of outdoor living, with furniture, umbrellas and a BBQ. One bedroom has queen sized bed with amazing sea views and second bedroom has a set of single bunks. Ideally suits 3 people but can accommodate 4. The kitchen is small but functional with a standard sized fridge/freezer, camp oven, air fryer & microwave.

Take in the serenity of this coastal Hamptons style space, complete with a kitchenette, ensuite, lounge area and private deck. Here you can relax and enjoy a drink overlooking the landscaped gardens, with only the native quail birdsong and ocean waves to be heard. Set in a quiet location, local restaurants, convenience stores, tennis courts and nature reserves are all within an easy walking distance.

Set on a small farm 15 minutes drive from Whitianga & Hot Water, Hahei or Cathedral Cove beaches. Self contained stand alone accommodation in quiet street, parking right outside the unit. Close to estuary, an easy 15 minute flat walk to main street. Open plan living measuring 7m x 5.3m with queen sized bed. Living area, spacious bathroom, towels and soap provided. Kitchenette has sink, microwave, toaster, toasted sandwhich maker, fridge, jug, bistro style table and chairs. Coffee, tea, milk, and sugar supplied.

Overlooking farmland and Hot Water Beach, you can enjoy the view from the comfort of your bed. You'll be close enough to the beach to hear the waves crashing and even hear kiwi in the nearby bush.
