This slice of paradise sits on 12 acres; our home is across the lake, out of sight and out of mind.

Guesthouse - Studio in the woods

Nestled towards the end of a “no thru traffic” street, this former art studio turned Airbnb, is on a shared, rural 3-acre property, located down a bumpy dirt driveway back in a wooded setting. Check-in is between 3:00 pm and 11:00 pm EST. We do not allow check-ins after 11:00 pm. This property is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or who is unsteady on their feet. No smoking, e-cigs, or vaping permitted in the cottage or on the property.

Katahdin Cottage at Loblolly Lamb. This fully renovated farmhouse is located on a 125 acre working sheep farm. Its design is rustic contemporary and is the prefect place for a getaway. 22 minutes from North Tallahassee, 25 minutes from Bainbridge, 18 minutes from downtown Thomasville and 3 minutes from downtown Cairo, it offers peace with the option to explore restaurants, culture, small town life, FSU, and all the seasonal festivals in the area.

It’s just a short drive to Thomasville, Tallahassee and Bainbridge, and within minutes of several local motocross facilities. It features a small office for your convenience. It is adjacent to Loblolly - Two, if traveling with a group. Within walking distance, there is a bar, restaurant, convenience store and liquor store.

Goat House Farm is a 501(c)3 nonprofit educational farm. All profits go toward supporting our youth and educational programs. Come and de-stress by snuggling our goats. These bundles of joy are guaranteed to make you smile! We are near Tallahassee but in a rural area, down a dirt road, but we promise the trip is worth it. Kayaking (byo) and calm hiking right off the property, plus beautiful sunsets on the lake.
