The open plan kitchen and living space is an ideal living area, with another quiet sitting room on the first floor overlooking the gardens, our house being adjacent. The Little House Peaceful & self-contained

Located in the centre of the lovely village of Kilburn on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, the Little House is peaceful, cosy and self-contained, tucked away from the general hustle and bustle of the village with a safe garden for dogs and children. The Forresters Arms, serving local ales and meals, is a mere 20m across the square, it is best to reserve a table. The Mouseman Furniture Centre is just around the corner and the White Horse of Kilburn is a good walk up the hill.

The Cottage at Farnham House

The Cottage at Farnham House is a one bedroom barn conversion in the beautiful village of Farnham in North Yorkshire. It has been furnished to a very high standard and has its own private garden. The village is very quiet and peaceful with lovely local walks. The Cottage is 2 miles from Knaresborough, 5 miles from Harrogate and 20 miles from York, all of which have excellent restaurants and shops. The Cottage at Farnham House is adjacent to the Granary at Farnham House (also listed on Airbnb).

West of York and 12 miles N. East of Leeds. The Old Stables is located a short 5 minute walk from the town centre which offers a range of fantastic pubs, restaurants and leisure facilities. There is a frequent and reliable bus service into York and Leeds located a stones throw from the property. Free parking available.

The brick-built annexe is detached from the main house allowing privacy and a large garden area for dogs to roam freely.
