Situated in Aberdeenshire, ideally located for exploring the castles, hill-walking and the many amenities that Kemnay has to offer. Located just 20 minutes drive from Aberdeen International Airport it is a highly accessible countryside location with local amenities and beautiful attractions. Explore the local area and see the seals at Newburgh beach just 2.5 miles away with adjoining golf course. On the farm there are cattle, sheep and arable crops. The grass fields surrounding Ewe View often are home to the cattle and sheep.

'The Byre' a 1 Bedroom Cottage in the Countryside

The Byre at Butterywells Farm is a converted byre located next to our farmhouse, which dates back over two hundred years. The Byre is a fully equipped self catering holiday cottage with many original features. The Byre is wheelchair accessible with its own parking area. Set in 2 acres of mature gardens containing walks, secluded seating areas and a small lochan. Experience country living whilst only being a 15 min drive from the centre of Aberdeen. Not just dogs are welcome but horses too.

Comfortable, dog-friendly steading conversion

Coshelly Steading is on the edge of Rothienorman, a village with a pub, a Chinese, an excellent Morrisons Daily shop and a Zero Waste shop, all about 10 minutes walk from the house. It is a newly converted steading, attached to our house and surrounded by fields. Plenty of parking, WiFi, TV etc. Dogs are welcome. There are mountains, the coast and many castles, all within easy driving distance and plenty of pleasant walks nearby. Free range eggs from our chickens, when they are in the mood.

Pinewood cottage

Beautiful views from a great vantage point on Bennachie this rustic cottage is ideally located for hillwalking, sightseeing or simply getting away from it all. Only 10 minutes drive from Inverurie and a short walk over the hill from the pitodrie house hotel which offers luxury dining and a cozy bar. There is also a riding school nearby and of course all the walking trails are on your doorstep. We are pet friendly but the garden is not enclosed.

Situated in the coastal village on Newburgh, Aberdeenshire only a short walk from the beach which teems with wildlife. People come from far and wide to see the seal colony, there's always something happening including the seasonal visitors from which the cabin is named.
