You will have your own space to park on our driveway.

The large double ensuite room, boosts views over the woods, tea & coffee facilities and comfy seating area. Good transport links to Manchester City, Etihad Stadium, National Cycling Centre & Oldham. Walking/Cycling distance to local country parks. No smoking or animals allowed.

Self contained annexe in my private garden with ensuite bathroom. Own entrance via side gate. Fridge and kettle with tea and coffee and also microwave, toaster and crockery/cutlery/glasses. Breakfast cereal and milk is supplied and guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks. Gym and pool across the road , also pub and takeaways within walking distance. Includes towels and toiletries. Sunday evenings are available by request.
