It’s light and bright yet a cosy retreat from those refreshing salty coastal winds. Although quaint to look at from the outside, inside it is tardis-like with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. This unique place has a style all its own. Small but open space detached cottage in the heart of the quaint fishing village of Gardenstown. Bell View offers a quiet get away in a comfortable space only newly renovated in 2023/24. All your home comforts under one roof. One double room with the option of another double within the front room if 4 guests were to stay. A modern kitchen and shower room. Tv, wifi, washing machine, dishwasher and even a small garden also provided within this space.

Local amenities include shops and PO, pharmacy, choice of three takeaways and pub (no food). Brilliant location for exploring the Moray coast and North Aberdeenshire. A short drive to some of the most stunning coastline, Beaches, Sea caves, Lighthouses, Castles, Fishing Villages, Cliff walks, Birdwatching, Wildlife.

Staves Cottage - A newly renovated bespoke space for guests to enjoy all that Moray and the highlands have to offer. Set just minutes away from the beach you can enjoy peaceful walks or venture further afield to explore various attractions. It has a large, secure, shorefront garden, great for families with kids, solo adventurers and business travelers. It can sleep 4 people but ideally suited for couples. Quiet and peaceful.

Just 6 miles from Ballater, and in the Cairngorms National Park, the Muir of Dinnet Nature Reserve is on our doorstep with walks and cycle routes. Close by is Tarland Trails 2 mtb centre. Pinewood cottage

Beautiful views from a great vantage point on Bennachie this rustic cottage is ideally located for hillwalking, sightseeing or simply getting away from it all. Only 10 minutes drive from Inverurie and a short walk over the hill from the pitodrie house hotel which offers luxury dining and a cozy bar. There is also a riding school nearby and of course all the walking trails are on your doorstep. We are pet friendly but the garden is not enclosed.
