The house was spotless with plenty of room downstairs for us. The main bedroom was large and lovely with an ensuite shower/ toilet. The other 2 bedrooms were smaller but perfect for our needs. All beds were very comfy. The kitchen/diner was VERY well stocked with everything thing we could have needed. Lovely welcome basket with fresh bread and milk with some goodies too and a fresh bag of coffee. Lots of little thoughtful extras, like books, games, doggy items, beach towels and a fab record player! We loved sitting in the garden in the morning and evening. Hardly noticed there were neighbours as it was very peaceful despite being a residential area. We loved our stay and if back in the area would definitely stay again. Stayed for three nights at Rosemary's place and would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to others. Excellent communication, lovely house and a perfect location. My son slept well in the pull out bed and he really enjoyed playing with the table football. Thank you!

The house is spacious and the garden is lovely. We stayed with two toddlers and they loved being able to play safely in the garden while we cooked in the kitchen. Rosaline was welcoming and quick to communicate. Thank you for letting us stay x

From the moment we stepped through the door of Steph’s place we felt right at home, the house was spotless and so comfortable. The decor was beautiful. It is in the ideal location to access all amenities as well as the local beaches and to collect seaglass. The communication was great and the instructions were clear. Paul's place was very clean and smelt fresh when we arrived. It is in a very quiet residential area, but not too far from the centre of Amble. It was a good place to base ourselves to explore the wonderful Northumberland coast. Paul contacted us 24 hours before we arrived with check-in instructions.

An outstanding location with the best views. Andy and Lyd were really nice and very helpful. The apartment felt homely, comfortable and warm. Ideal to return to after a long hike. Highly recommend. We plan to return.

we stayed in this lovely little house with our teenage son and our dog. The house is clean and cosy and lots of amenities. The beds were very comfy and had TVs in the rooms. Location was great very near the beach and a little shop to grab bits and bobs and also short walk to pubs across the road for food etc. We really liked the welcome pack which was very thoughtful. Brilliant self-contained unit. Absolutely spotless inside. Lots of nice touches - fresh bread, milk, water, coffee, tea etc. Peaceful overnight sleep. Could easily stay a week here with all the facilities. Easy check-in and about a 20 minute drive back into Newcastle. Thoroughly recommended and would definitely use again. Thanks Linda!

We stayed in the Penthouse and the views across Browns Bay, Cullercoats were amazing. Everything is within walking distance and the metro to the City Centre is about a ten minute walk away. Ample parking. No complaints.

Beautiful place in a lovely quiet road. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Fantastic location beside Northumberland Park, 10 minutes walk to beach, also plenty of shops within walking distance. Host was great, got back straight away with any questions. This was our second stay here and we will definitely stay again when we’re in the area. Highly recommend.

Fantastic location for a weekend with a 16month old. Spacious bedroom, good quality cot, comfortable living room, well equipped kitchen. Short walk through a nice park with a kids playground and small boating lake, to get to the large sandy beach and the start of a coastal walk. We had no car and manged this trip from London, getting a nice coastal bus to and from Sunderland to the place and a bus back from our coastal walk.

Diane was lovely, so helpful from showing us around to the very detailed instructions on all the facilities. Always on hand if needed and nothing was too much trouble. The cottage is comfy and has everything you need. Loved the finishing touches and welcome pack which included dog treats. The beach, coastal trails and country park are a short walk away making it a perfect location for a relaxing holiday. Can’t wait to return

Lovely apartment in a quiet street in the heart of Whitley Bay. The apartment was equipped with everything you need for a stay - also lovely shower and bath. Excellent eateries, shops, and of course, the beach were all within easy walking distance. Our host Helen was absolutely lovely - friendly and approachable, but non interfering, and her communication was clear, friendly and informative. We will certainly book Helen's accommodation again when we visit our family in the area, and will recommend it to other family members and friends.

We had a great 3 night stay, to celebrate a late Christmas with my parents who live in Blyth. The apartment is gorgous, so well decorated and furnished. There was a lovely Christmas tree to greet us too. We arrived around 9.30 pm, found the key in the front lockbox and unloaded up the front stairs. Overall its a great place to stay, the only thing that would stop us staying again is our elderly dog (he's 15) is a bit too doddery for the stairs. The baby gate was a great feature, and meant we had no worries about him going down on his own. The internal stairs lead to the front door just over the road from an amazing park which was perfect for the dogs. Kids would love it too, I grew up in Blyth, such happy memories of Ridley Park!

Easter weekend at Michaels flat, absolutely stunning views out of the front windows, accommodation had everything we needed and Michael was a great host, plenty of communication leading up to our arrival and messaging during our stay mking sure all was ok. You won't be disappointed here.
