Great place to stay. i would definitely stay again if we are working in that area.

Everything was exactly like the pictures! House was roomy, clean and lots of extras were provided . Bath towels were put out in each room for the guests, kitchen had everything you needed & board games were even available to play. The property was super peaceful and big. Our family really enjoyed our stay and will be back! Thanks for having us!

This was our third year at this house. We love it here! We hope to come back next year!

Lovely home in a beautiful setting. A very cozy, restful winter holiday with great surroundings and beautiful views of the river Host was responsive and home is very well-equipped with an amazing kitchen. We enjoyed walking in the village, relaxing in the den, cooking meals, and playing with our dogs in the fenced yard.

Place was exactly the way it was described and worked very well for our stay. Host was super accommodating which made everything very smooth the entire stay.

Perfect location! Close to everything but quiet and relaxing. Sometimes you book a place for the location and you regret it because it comes with all the other noises. No so with Trish’s place. This is the perfect location for sitting on the front porch and eating an ice cream, walking the dog, and getting a comfortable nights sleep. I could write a paragraph but I am going to keep it as short as possible for The Big Gray House. My family and I stayed there for our family get together. For some of us, it was our first Airbnb experience, for others it wasn’t. However, that does not take away from the fact that Kevin and Deb were welcoming. We were greeted with a warm welcome, snacks, a greeting card and an abundance of kindness. Kevin and Deb were both readily available and quickly responsive in case of any questions, needs and concerns. This experience was truly enjoyable. The house is a home. Kevin & Deb are truly one of a kind and genuinely great people. If we are ever in need of a place in MD again for a family vacation, we won’t hesitate to book! Thank you so much Kevin and Deb!

This is our second time staying in the cabins at Thomas's place and as usual, it felt right at home and was amazing. There have been some upgrades done since last year's stay such as the bathrooms and the mattresses in the cabin. The mattresses in the cabin are soft but firm and we slept like a baby. Check in is super easy and Thomas has always been quick to respond whenever I reached out. We have only been in the summer to stay since it's only a 35 minute commute to Ocean City Beach and boardwalk but we have been thinking about coming to stay in the fall to get the complete "camping" experience here. Overall everything was great as always; no complaints.

Great location, super close to assateague island where we were spending most of our time. The bathrooms/showers were clean and the best we’ve seen at most campsites. Make sure to bring mosquito/tick spray. Host was fast at responding to any questions and provided wood for us. It was a great stay!

The cabins are neat and clean and air conditioned, and the surroundings are beautiful. A great nature getaway just thirty minutes from Assateague and Ocean City, jewels of the east coast.

Had a great time at one of the tent sites over a two night stay. Property was easy to navigate in a small sedan, even after a full night of rain. Lots of little activities to do on property if you’re staying on-site the entire time and a simple drive to/from Assateague/Ocean City. Host was super responsive and helpful. Definitely a great place to hunker down and enjoy a weekend away.
