Saffron Walden is a lively market town with a number of unique independent shops, restaurants and cafes and a wonderful market as well as regular concerts and a local cinema. By car, Stansted airport is 23 minutes, Cambridge city centre is 25 minutes and the Science parks are 20 minutes away from the studio.

Positioned in the beautiful countryside near Ware town, Cold Christmas has an abundance of lovely walks and is conveniently situated close to Hanbury Manor and Fanhams Hall, both of which offer a variety of amenities including a golf course, health spa and fine dining. Maltons, one of the area's finest restaurants is just at the end of the lane.

Stansted Airport - Beautiful Annexe with Parking

The Annexe is separate from our house with its own entrance. Basic items are provided i.e. Milk, Tea & Coffee etc. Free parking during your stay. Airport transfers available We are in a rural location so a car may be needed. If you would like to book the night before your wedding, please contact me to confirm the details. IMPORTANT NOTE: Any anti-sociable behaviour or taking any illegal substances by any member of your group, you will all be dismissed from the property and no refunds given.

The private bathroom has a large walk in double size shower, toilet and sink. Just 1 hour from London, this is a great place to escape to luxury for a few days or weeks. The village has lovely walking routes and a fantastic pub. The house is finished to an extremely high standard, is well equipped and has a large secluded garden. Historic Saffron Walden and Audley End are 10 mins away by car, and Cambridge 30 mins. Near Parklands, Park Farm and South Barn wedding venues - Brides / Grooms very welcome! Wifi is fast. Stag / hen nights only by prior arrangement.
