Tolle Wohnung, sehr nette Gastgeberin, super Verbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in die Wiener Innenstadt, tolle Lage auch für Fahrradtouren entlang der Donauinsel oder in die Stadt (weltklasse Radlwege!). Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! 😊

Heerlijk prive appartement aan de rand van het Paterpark. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Voor mijn volgende bezoek aan de Messe zou ik deze locatie zeker weer boeken. Smadar is een vriendelijke host die vlot reageert.

I faced a minor issue with a door code during check-in, but the host immediately fixed the issue. Everything was clean and comfortable; I didn't have any issues with the apartment itself. The location is good as well, there's an underground nearby, and you can easily get to the city center in 15 minutes. I highly recommend this place to you if you're planning to visit Vienna!

Very clean and nice place in a calm neighborhood. The subway is relatively close so you are well connected to the rest of the city. The apartment is cozy and well-equipped so you can feel like at home. Stelian is a nice and reactive host. I recommend this place.

Sehr geräumige Wohnung auf 3 Stockwerken in guter Lage. Eingang Mezzanin-Floor, (kleiner) Aufzug vorhanden. Sehr große, moderne Badezimmer mit Badewannen und oben extra Dusche, 2 WCs, viel Platz. Breite Betten (1,6 bzw. 1,8 m) mit guten Matratzen. Gut beheizbar, bis auf das untere Bad. Die Küche oben ist sehr hell und gemütlich mit tollem Kühlschrank und Dachterrasse. Einzig der Blick ist nicht toll: man schaut nur auf Hauswände. Punkt 7:00h jeden Werktag begannen Handwerker durchaus geräuschvoll mit Renovierungsarbeiten unten im Haus. Ich denke, ab spätestens Juni 2025 sollten diese abgeschlossen sein. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

We stayed in Thomas’ home for four nights and were quite comfortable. The apartment is adorable and well furnished. And there’s so much light! Lots of windows. Thomas greeted us and told us about the neighborhood, where to find coffee in the morning (at the end of the street - The Cottage has excellent food and coffee), and offered to give us suggestions for his home city. His home and neighborhood are lovely, and he was kind and friendly. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Close to public transit.

Das Apartment ist wunderschön, gemütlich und sehr ästhetisch zugleich, über den Dächern 🪐💫von Wien gelegen, und noch dazu in einem lebendigen sympathischen Kiez, und auch die angrenzenden Viertel sind grandios und dazu die Öffis sehr nah. Äußerst empfehlenswert! Und trotzdem war es im Dachgeschoss unglaublich ruhig 🌙Entspannung pur im marmornen obersten Geschoss, mit all den liebevollen Details, also Marble Attic trifft es haargenau! Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt, die Unterkunft war perfekt für uns und wir haben uns sehr wohl und geborgen gefühlt. Hanna ist eine unglaublich aufmerksame Gastgeberin und hat uns allerbestens betreut, alles war perfekt vorbereitet. Das Apartment ist sehr reinlich und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Alles was wir vermisst haben, ist ein Nudelsieb😃

Είμαστε οικογένεια με 2 παιδιά, ενα 2,5 ετών και ένα 1 έτους. Εξαιρετικό διαμέρισμα, σε σύγχρονη πολυκατοικία πολύ εύκολο στην πρόσβαση και η Judit εξαιρετική οικοδεσπότης! Είχε το διαμέρισμα διαμορφωμένο για τις ανάγκες μας και η επικοινωνία μας ήταν πάντα άμεση. Η περιοχή ήταν απίθανη! Μόλις 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το Belvedere και 10 λεπτά από το Μουσείο στρατιωτικής ιστορίας. Τα παιδιά χάρηκαν με την ψυχή τους το πάρκο των ελβετικών κήπων που είναι ακριβώς απέναντι από την πολυκατοικία και φυσικά δεν ήθελαν να φύγουν από την παιδική χαρά που έχει εκεί! Ήμασταν δίπλα σε στάση του τραμ και πολύ κοντα σε σταση μετρό, με αποτέλεσμα όλη η Βιέννη να είναι εύκολα προσβάσιμη. Σε ευχαριστούμε πολύ Judit για την φιλόξενη διαμονή! 😃

Friendly communication, easy access and good price.

Benny hat uns zuvorkommend und mit viel Wiener Charme die Wohnung und die Umgebung gezeigt. Wir fühlten uns sofort willkommen. Die Wohnung ist sensationell gelegen (Nahe U-Bahn und Donaustrand mit vielen Bars und Restaurants). Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sauber, gemütlich und was wir während unserem Aufenthalt sehr schätzten (Aussentemperatur zwischen 30 und 35 Grad): Sie hat eine Klimaanlage. Wenn wir wieder einmal in Wien sind werden wir gerne wieder diese Wohnung buchen.

We visited Vienna and MIKE'S APPARTMENT in april 2024. Mike was very helpful and accurate with his directions and also flexible with the check-in time, which took place automatically through distance auto-lock device, without meeting the host, late at night.The place was really clean and very easy to reach by public transport. We stayed for a couple of nights and the place choice was fantastic, right outside bus and train station and very close to city center, a 10 minute bus ride.Also, across the street thereis a supermarket and a bakery, in the corner of a square with playgrounds for relaxing morning moments. The only thing i would mention is that for a five- member family the one and only bathroom was not very convenient, though it was very spacious and clean.

I’m blown away by Vic’s hospitality and the huge effort she made to make my son and his friend have a great stay!! Communication up to was great, and made me feel at ease for them boys traveling alone:) Vic drove them and picked them up at the festival venue, and she baked for them!! I’m so excited about everything, that I think I need to go myself!! Thank you so much, Vic, for being an absolute perfect host!!

Fantastic and very stylish place with great amenities, ideal for a relaxed time in a nice village close to Vienna

I came to Vienna for world championships in kickboxing and Muay Thai. We were a team of 5 people so we needed a house. This location was great and we had everything by we needed in the house. Yet if you are looking for an easy travel even though the train systems in Vienna are super easy you will need a car to stay at this place. Nothing is close especially if you are looking to even go do quick groceries. Yet everything was exactly as stated, along with a sauna which was awesome. Also host is extremely responsive and helpful :)

This house had a real WOW factor, it had everything you could need and want clean, comfortable, location and most of all fantastic hosts, very friendly and nothing was to much bother if we had questions. We can’t praise it enough

Awesome, cozy place and a superb host. We got delayed in traffic and even at 10PM late arrival Daniela was there to welcome us in person. It is a safe and secure neighborhood, With secure private parking only 15Min drive to the City center. Ideal for family with kids and also a lot of open space and a beautiful east facing sunny terrace.

Casa molto bella e spaziosa, più grande di quanto si capisca dalle foto: in sette persone, più un cane, siamo stati comodissimi. Camere da letto comode e molto ben separate l'una dall'altra, in diversi piani. Casa molto pulita, ordinata e accogliente; c'è tutto quanto occorre, anche nel giardino con barbecue e comode sdraio. Ci è stata fornita una meravigliosa quantità di viveri: caffè, the, tisane, miele, olio, pasta, etc.; ma anche mele, latte, uova, cioccolatini, birra; abbiamo fatto un risotto con gli spinaci raccolti nell'orto. Macy è stata molto gentile, disponibile e reattiva, ha aspettato che arrivassimo in auto da Milano senza farci nessuna fretta, all'arrivo ci ha spiegato tutto nei dettagli. Il quartiere è residenziale, elegante, tranquillo. La casa è molto vicino alla principale metropolitana che attraversa il centro di Vienna, raggiungibile in pochi minuti in autobus o con l'automobile: un parcheggio multipiano ha sempre posti disponibili. Una casa molto consigliata!
