Our employees lived in the flats offered by Jürgen for several months in total. Obviously, during this time there were situations that required immediate solutions and host intervention. Jürgen always responded promptly to our requests and solved the problems that arose. Communication was excellent, the host always responded to our messages within a couple of minutes. There are also no comments about the apartments themselves. Everything was as stated in the description and also the pictures did not differ from reality. We would recommend Jürgen and his properties.

Frank was an amazing host and was very attentive to our needs. He provided water and coffee which was really nice. He took his time to walk us through the apartment and showed us how things worked. The apartment was extremely clean and peaceful. I would recommend his place to anyone visiting the area!

Super nette Gastgeber und sehr schöne Wohnung. Wer eine ruhige aber zentrale Unterkunft in Neuwied sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Gerne hätte ich meinen Aufenthalt verlängert. Alles hervorragend und man fühlt sich sehr wohl in der Wohnung.

Gemütliches, sauberes einfach erreichbares Appartment. In der Nähe gibt es Bushaltestellen, eine exzellente Pizzaria, ein Supermarkt, Bäckerei und Apptheke. Der Preis ist günstig.

Sessiz , sakin, doğa içinde huzurlu bir yerleşim. Evin konumu ve ev çok güzel. Ev sahipleri harika insanlar. Herzaman burada konaklamayı isterim. Sakinlik arayanlara şiddetle tavsiye ederim. Ev sahiplerine sıcak misafirperverlikleri için teşekkür ederim

Markus hat mich sehr nett empfangen und reagierte auf Fragen stets direkt, hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, ist toll eingerichtet mit einer angenehmen Atmosphäre zum Wohlfühlen. Zu dem ist sie sehr gut ausgestattet - hatte alles, was man braucht. Sehr gut ist auch die zentrale Lage im Stadtkern, nah gelegen zu Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ich hab Markus als Gastgeber sehr herzlich erlebt und würde bei Gelegenheit gerne wieder anfragen.

El alojamiento es hermoso! Más lindo incluso que en la descripción, muy cómodo para varias personas , con muchos ambientes comunes para descansar cuando estás dentro. El baño es precioso y la cocina también, además de estar muy bien equipados. Fuimos con nuestros perros que fueron muy bienvenidos y pudimos disfrutar todos juntos de unos días tranquilos.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Die Kommunikation mit den Hosts war sehr unproblematisch. Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Pasamos una noche en este gran alojamiento. Una cocina, dos habitaciones amplias, un baño grande... y todo con detalles, muy limpio y ordenado. El lugar es súper agradable y te puedes estacionar sin problemas. La cama muy cómoda y el sofá cama también. Está muy cerca del aeropuerto de Frankfurt y a 10 minutos de un pueblo hermoso. Lo recomiendo ampliamente y espero repetir en otra ocasión por más días.

Amazing! So much to love. Location perfect, light airy windows, beautiful wood decor, view of the Main river, car park was super easy and convenient for our day trips in and out right over to the autobahn, elevator for carrying luggage to the 5th floor. We wanted to stay another week! We had only transited Frankfurt up to now and are glad we finally took the time to see what the city has to offer.

De communicatie vooraf en tijdens het verblijf was erg snel en duidelijk. de accomodatie was opgeruimd en schoon, voldeed aan de verwachtingen. er waren 3 handdoeken voor een week, maar na een verzoek werden er direct 3 extra gebracht (3 pers). het flatgebouw was netjes en heel centraal gelegen met een goede parkeervoorziening. voor mensen die iets ouder zijn, zou het fijn zijn als de bedden wat hoger waren ivm opstaan. Hopelijk word ook snel de lift gerepareerd. ik zou zeker terugkomen !

Die Unterkunft hat alles, was man braucht und noch viel mehr. Es ist eine Oase für jeden, der mal eine Auszeit vom Alltag braucht. Die Kommunikation war super.

Blerand war super freundlich und hat uns alles gezeigt/erklärt. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und an sich sehr sauber. Die Wände sind leider etwas dünn, daher sollte man sich an die Nachtruhe halten. Alles tiptop. Wir würden hier wieder ein Wochenende verbringen :)

Sven’s place exceeded my expectations in every possible way. It was important for me to have peace and quiet, and Sven’s neighborhood had both. The apartment is fully equipped with appliances, even more than I found reason to use. Everything seemed brand new and the apartment was immaculately clean. I give Sven’s place a AAA rating.

Unser Kurzurlaub war einfach perfekt. Daniel und Linda waren so sehr bemüht es uns schön zu machen. Man kann in jeder Ecke spüren wie viel Mühe und Liebe die beiden reinstecken. Der Kontakt war super freundlich und unkompliziert. Daniel und Linda haben uns tolle Tipps vom Essen bis zu Ausflügen gegeben. Wir hatten eine unvergessliche Zeit und werden bestimmt nochmal wieder kommen.

The apartment is amazing and we had a great time there! We fully enjoyed the fireplace, the music in the house, and the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could ever need. It’s the kind of apartment that’s hard to leave — we’ll definitely come back. The hosts were very attentive to our needs and answered all the questions we had.
