Dit mooi gestylede huisje ligt in de oude dorpskern van Vreeland. Een prachtig karakteristiek dorpje aan de Vecht, zowel dichtbij Utrecht als Amsterdam (20 min. naar beide steden). Vreeland ligt praktisch aan de Loosdrechtse Plassen. Je kunt hier overal heerlijk wandelen, fietsen en varen. Of je gaat lekker naar de stad. Het huisje heeft een fijne sfeer, een mooie houtkachel en is goed uitgerust. Op loopafstand heb je leuke restaurantjes, een perfect ijswinkeltje en een kleine dorps-supermarkt.

Achter het weiland waarvan je via een loopplankje naar de dijk kan komen voor een mooie wandeling of een kajak tochtje. In deze omgeving is Amsterdam op 10 km, ook bereikbaar met de fiets. de pittoreske dorpjes Laren en Naarden op 10 km.
