Outside is where this property truly shines. The owner and his son live quietly in the upstairs residence with their own completely separate entrance. Our condo is directly on the ocean with a great view from the 2nd floor. The building was completely refurbished in 2021. Amenities include a heated pool, grilling area, covered parking and a beachfront deck with picnic tables and lounge chairs. Restaurants are within walking distance or just a short drive away. There is plenty to do in Ponce Inlet from climbing Florida's tallest working lighthouse, visiting the lighthouse museum, the marine science center, fishing, surfing or just relaxing.
