The Bothy is stone built, situated by the farm barns and parking outside. The ground floor rooms overlook the gardens of Wilcote Manor. Tennis court-just ask, pool if open and free The Bothy is decorated in neutral colours, good ceiling heights & original beams with open plan living room, sofabed, 2 double bedrooms & 2 bathrooms.

Nestled within the confines of a Victorian Walled Garden, in the grounds of a historic 17th Century Farmhouse, the newly reconstructed Potting Shed offers a secluded studio space for two to explore the Cotswolds or relax at home. A combined living/sleeping area with doors onto a private terrace and a separate full kitchen and separate shower room (with loo) divided from the living area by sliding doors. This cosy cottage was converted from an old dairy at New Yatt Farm. Situated a short distance down an unmade track. It is the perfect place from which to explore the rolling Cotswold countryside whilst still being close to the market towns of Witney, Woodstock and the City of Oxford. The cottage has underfloor heating , a log burner, and 2 cosy sofas. Bedrooms have Hypnos mattresses, 400 thread count Egyptian cotton linen and White Company toiletries. Please note Bed 2 is quite small

Cherry Nook

Private self-contained annexe renovated to a high standard in 2023 in an Oxfordshire village on the edge of the Cotswolds. An ideal base for exploring Oxford, Blenheim Palace, and the Cotswolds or for working in the Oxford area. Cherry Nook has its own entrance and private garden and is set back from neighbouring buildings giving a lovely, private feel, and plenty of space for a longer stay. PLEASE NOTE: narrow access, restricted height in bedroom - see photos.

The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.
