This was probably one of the best rentals we’ve ever had on Airbnb. My family of 6 was perfectly comfortable. And the views of the beach were unmatched. The host was super responsive and helpful. Absolutely no complaints.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was a very walkable and safe area. Our only complaint was that there are some areas of the ceiling that are peeling off. Otherwise, this was so peaceful and the view was better than expected! Thank you!

This was our first time in South Carolina and the views were absolutely amazing. This is truly a community area and everyone was so friendly on the beach and places that we went. We would definitely come here again! Michael was an amazing host and was always available and prompt with any questions we haf.

Amy replied to my inquiries quickly, so she made my request to stay at her condo easy. When my husband and I arrived at the condo, we were happy to find that the location was extremely peaceful. The condo itself is relaxing since it has a beachy vibe, and the furnishings are comfortable; moreover, the balcony overlooking the golf course allowed me to view countless bluebirds, making our stay extra relaxing. Amy's condo will definitely be a place that my husband and I would like to stay at again when we travel Edisto.

Rachel and her crew were easy to talk to and very responsive. The instructions and directions were on target from how to find the place to how to check out. Our grandsons enjoyed the spiral staircase to the loft and eating breakfast on the balcony. We didn't spend our days in the condo, because, you know, the beach. The time we spent in the condo was just what we needed for our stay.

Met every expectation and then some. Very short walk through the parking lot to the pool and beach. Ample parking. Gated / pass accessible community. Comfortable beds. Excellent communication and easy check-in / check-out. Easy 30 minute commute into Charleston for the day if that's your thing. All around a great experience.

Terrific stay! I’ve rented a few condos here on Harbor Island over the past couple of years and this one was by far my favorite. The pictures online don’t really do the view justice - the condo and patio are positioned so that you have a direct view of the dunes and the ocean. It’s beautiful. The interior appears recently updated and everything was new and clean and modern. I had everything I needed for my week there When you stay on Harbor Island, make sure to stop by the Publix, Harris Teeter, etc on your way in and stock up. Harbor is a bit on its own out there but that’s the point. I recommend Seaside Bar and Grill a couple miles before the island for dinner (and Wednesday shrimp and wings). Johnson Creek Tavern is just past Harbor and has a lovely view of the inlet, but is expensive. Stop by Gay’s to pick up seafood for nights you plan on cooking in. This was a wonderful condo on a quiet, lovely island. I’ll seek this one out again for my next stay!

We stayed here in December 2024 with our dog Kenzie. Check in was easy and the place was spotless! We loved sitting on the screened in porch. Very close to bike path and a quick drive to restaurants and amenities on the island.

The place was absolutely fantastic! We had gone for a bachelorette party and the space was perfect. Plenty of room, cute decor, quiet area. The host was amazing and responsive!

Wonderful condo in a fabulous location! This condo was perfect for our multi week stay and everything was in excellent working condition and absolutely spotless!! ITrips was quick to respond to an internet question. We appreciated the welcome bottle of wine after a long drive ! We enjoyed a wonderful stay! Thank you!

Mary was a terrific hostess. She answered our calls promptly and was so friendly. We appreciated being able to have our dog there.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is steps to the beach with a beautiful view from the porch. The condo is nicely decorated and plenty of space for a couple. It was great being able to walk to the bars and restaurants in Folly while being an easy drive to downtown Charleston. We’d happily stay here again.

We loved staying at Michaela’s place! It was very central to everything we wanted to do in the area. She was very responsive and helpful along with wonderful southern hospitality! Amazing place. Highly recommend!!!!!!

We had such a great time here for a long weekend getaway. Our family had plenty of space in a great location. We loved walking into Folly Beach daily for lunch and not having to use a car. Kevin’s place was the perfect mix of beach and privacy. We’ll definitely visit again.

Great stay for our team! We booked this Airbnb for our work crew, and it was exactly what we needed. The space was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities to make their stay comfortable after long workdays. The location was convenient, communication with the host was smooth, and check-in was hassle-free. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely book again for future projects. Highly recommend!

Glenn’s place was perfect, especially for a beach side location. The place had so many great items - beach chairs, umbrella, cooler- that made our experience so relaxing. Glenn was also very responsive when we ran out of a few paper goods and brought them right over

Kathy’s place was very nice and comfortable. Close to Brecks where we got a 30 oz steak for $32.99 was not a fancy place, but it was worth it and the steak was awesome. Another place we ate on the way out was in Somerville. Shuckin shack oyster bar. They had a great menu low price for the best oysters, clams and mussels. Steamed or raw also a great fried cod sandwich. I am sure everything there was awesome!! Oh good Bloody Mary too! The proximity of Karen’s place to a lot of things to do was nice. She also left us much appreciated wine and a gift. Thank you Kathy for a great stay!

Wonderful stay at Folly! Condo was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 2 children. Just a perfect location and space. We loved being able to easily walk to shops, restaurants, playground and pickle ball. Having Charleston so close provided a midweek break from sand and a fun opportunity to explore. We all appreciated the quality of the local restaurants, the touch of easily accessible night life but mostly the gorgeous beach. The unit itself was clean, and very comfortable. Would highly recommend and hope to book this unit again!

Craig’s place is absolutely wonderful! It has everything you need and even more! We felt right at home and honestly didn’t want to leave 😁 The location is quiet and very close to everything you need while in Charleston. If you need a place to stay in Charleston, look no further!

The Condo was exactly as described. Thomas was very responsive with any questions we had. No issues arose at all. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Folly Beach

We always stay in wild dunes and love it there. This was our first time renting thru Airbnb for WD. It is a very low-key area, quiet, walkable to beach and it’s never too crowded. The condo was just as described had everything we needed. Plenty of kitchen supplies to cook dinner. We love sitting on the deck each night, gorgeous views. The only drawback I had was the king bedroom/primary bed was very firm and not super cozy. That is a preference thing for me. Also, please note you’re not able to use the Sweetgrass Inn pool/ PB courts or their shuttle even though all are a part of wild dunes. If you are booking through Airbnb or similar, you do not get to use the facilities there. That was a negative for us, and I did not understand that, as we typically rent directly through Wild dunes directly and enjoy all of the Sweetgrass amenities. No fault of this Airbnb I just did not make that connection bf booking. Beautiful place very responsive!
