Seit Herbst 2019 erstrahlt das Cottage oberhalb von Flims auf 1500 müM. Our Beautiful, cosy mountain chalet has been recently renovated with designer furniture. We have newly built a very large terrace with direct access to the garden, with amazing views. The chalet is located an hour drive from Zurich, in Arvenbühl, at 1250m altitude. The chalet is ski in-ski out. It has 3 bedrooms: 1 main bedroom with a queen bed, a second smaller bedroom with a bunk bed and on the top floor (low ceiling), there are 4 additional beds. It is perfect for a family of 2 to 7.

Moderne Technik (46" Flat Screen TV, 50Mbit WLAN, Radio) und Elektro-Öfen in allen Zimmern treffen auf das Jahrhunderte alte Holzwerk mit einem rustikalen, mit Holz heizbaren Kachelofen. Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
