Had a great Time. House is beautiful and the view was outstanding. We loved listening to and seeing the wildlife and birds. The Beds were very comfortable. The Kitchen was well supplied, plenty of dish ware, cups, bowls etc. The Pool table kept us all entertained. We loved having a TV in every room, the 83 in was nice and big. Plenty of seating for meals and for watching TV. The Pool was nice and big, and spa seat us all and got plenty warm enough was a little hard to get in and out of the Pool and Spa with no rails but otherwise great, even saw the owl fly into his home. Overall Fantastic defiantly a 5 Star

The place is so beautiful - from the house itself to the awesome view. Being able to sit out in the hot tub that looks out over the mountain range was fantastic. The place is very spacious while still being cozy and inviting. Deanna was very friendly and incredibly helpful with any questions we had. I would absolutely stay here again!

The pictures don’t do it justice!! We were amazed when we walked in and reluctant to leave. Bethany’s place is a little slice of paradise! The pool and backyard are huge, much bigger than we expected, and the inside is eclectic, warm and welcoming (not to mention pristinely clean and stocked with supplies and amenities). While we encountered an issue with the hot tub during our stay, Bethany was more than proactive, communicative and helpful and arranged for it to be fixed before we left, on top of giving us a partial refund for the trouble. Thank you for being such a gracious and accommodating host. We were thrilled to stay here and will definitely be back! :)

This home is so beautiful! We really enjoyed the lovely pool and patio area. The master bedroom is incredible. Great view and really nice bathroom. The only glitch was an ant issue. But Patti was very responsive. Thank you! This was a long awaited week for our family to celebrate our daughter’s wedding. I appreciate all the referrals and good communication from Patti. We booked Suan and Jessica's place for Easter weekend. We had planned a trip to the Flower Gardens and Legoland in Carlsbad, both of which were less than 20 minutes away from where we were staying. Not only was the place conveniently located, it offered us a spot to enjoy our family's company and dedicate our time to our grandaughter. We barbecued, watched movies, swam in swimming pool, did our own arts and crafts, etc. We had an overall amazing time at a reasonable price without the chaos and limitations of booking a hotel room. We would definitely book this place in the future if we are in the area.

First of all Hosts were very accommodating from an early check in to a late check out so our kids could stay and swim before departure. Snacks were left for us, and the kitchen was stacked with so much, such as: popcorn, spices, Mac and cheese boxes, ramen, water bottles, sugar, mayo, mustard and so much more. Anything you could use in your own kitchen was there and spot less! The home is immaculately clean to the point that the floor sparkles!!! Two Murphy bead in the living room and the couch converts into a bed and the king sized bed in the master was soo comfortable and clean (I really appreciate cleanliness). The bathroom was full of thing you may need in case you forget to pack: sunblock, pads, qtips, makeup wipes. Beach towels, extra linen, iron, ironing board…so much! The pool is huge and heated so you’d kids won’t be freezing and security walks the property and helps anyone looking lost, felt secure! Beautiful home, no AC but many fans and cool weather. Def recommend!

We just checked out of a short weekend at Robs home and it was the perfect getaway. The house was perfect for our small group and so easy to go to the wineries. Thank you Rob for a great weekend and the bottle of your yummy wine!

Ambiance (5) - breathtaking views. Adorable decor outside with potting, and the setup inside had things properly stationed. Amenities (4.5) - We were not lacking the basics, appreciated having washer / dryer inside the bathroom, came in handy to fluff wrinkled clothes. The host also allowed us pluck fruit on the lovely property (we found lots of oranges!) … this was unexpectedly delightful. It took a while to find the coffee though, and would have loved some tea. Living (5) - Couch was comfortable, with blankets … served nap times. Sleep (4) - Mattress was a bit stiff and uncomfortable; would have preferred a plusher mattress top. Attentiveness (5) - host was highly responsive during our stay … including Hot Tub (on/off), locking doors, plus recommendations for places to eat.
