We absolutely loved our 4 night stay at Michelle’s cabin by the sea. So relaxing to sit and watch the tides roll in and out. The seals and birds were interesting to watch, my husband captured some beautiful sunset photos from the back deck. The bed was comfy and the sheets so soft! We were sad to leave! Also the Tidal Rave restaurant right down the street was excellent!

We had an amazing stay. The home was beautiful and wonderfully taken care of. Couldn’t have asked for a better host, or a better place to stay. Amazing! We look forward to returning.

This place is magical! It’s on the edge of the forest and a few blocks to ocean. After a morning soak in the awesome hot tub on deck we walked in to the forest. It was awe inspiring under the huge canopy of trees. I felt so connected to Mother Nature at that moment. The home was spotlessly clean on arrival with a number of beds and enough space for a large family. Very comfortable and well stocked, even had a pet basket, we felt right at home. Wished we could have stayed longer and are already making plans to come back this summer. Kylee was very accommodating, we booked last minute and she extended us a late checkout so we could have a lazy morning and enjoy the place. 100% recommend this place!

Our stay at the cedar house in Riverbend Orchard was peaceful and memorable. The home is beautifully crafted with a cozy, welcoming feel, and the setting couldn’t be more perfect—quiet, scenic, and a great place to unwind. What really stood out was the hospitality. Val was so kind and thoughtful during our checkout, and Jason was a fantastic co-host—supportive, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly from the start. We left feeling refreshed and well taken care of. We’d absolutely love to stay here again.

I had a relaxing stay at Maggie's. everything was as described and minutes from everything you could want or need. the beach access is very walkable. I had a great vacation, would definitely recommend to friends and family. we are already wanting to plan our trip.

Family illness prevented us from getting to Scott's place. He was kind and understanding as we kept him updated every 24 hours and he returned our cleaning fee. I had to fill out the airbnb ratings to get to this place to comment even though we never make it to Neskowin. From Scott's kindness, patience, and presence on the phone, I trust his home was great! He has a very generous cancellation plan, yet, our family situation demanded that we all stay with our loved one somewhere else at the last minute. I would book again if our family needs a place to gather on the ocean.

It's a nice place with lots of space and character. What we really liked though was the location. The little market on the corner punches way above its weight in selection, and it's a short walk to nice restaurants and the Whit is still walkable. Janna was a great host and we will be back.

These tiny homes are a fantastic getaway spot. We're definitely returning!

Chanda’s place was exactly as described and matched the photos. It’s a spacious three-floor condo (garage/entry level, living room and kitchen, then bedrooms upstairs), which was perfect for me and three friends. The location is excellent, just a short walk from great restaurants, cafes, and bakeries. Check-in was smooth with clear instructions, and Chanda was super responsive and helpful throughout. I’d definitely stay here again if I come back to Florence!
