We loved Hummingbird Haven. Yes it is rustic but it is also very charming and neatly maintained. It rained a lot while we were there with some strong storms but it was cozy dry inside, the birds sang and the creeks flowed with water making a beautiful sound. W loved watching the storm from the front porch. The place was also well appointed with everything we needed. Very thoughtfully appointed Was just a short drive from where we wanted to be. Restaurants in Bellevue, music in Leipers Fork and downtown Franklin. Would definitely stay again.

My husband and I stayed at the cottage for 3 nights and we were so pleased! We are night shifters and hopped on a plane right after work so we were exhausted. Heather was very accommodating and was nice enough to let us check in early for a much needed nap (on that glorious mattress). The location is great; less than a 30 minute drive from both downtown nashville and franklin, and about a mile away from the famous loveless cafe. The cottage itself was charming and cozy and had all the amenities you would need. Definitely recommend taking a bath if you get a chance-the water gets so hot which is perfect! The room darkening shades were very effective and the heater/AC kick in real quick. We didn’t communicate with Heather much because everything was great and we didn’t run into any issues, but she was very responsive during the check in process and we knew she was a text away. We hope to come back to enjoy the beautiful property again!

Great access to the Natchez Trace for cycling, all was as advertised, the horses welcomed us each morning as did the dogs! Beautiful farm and surroundings. Leiper’s Fork is a wonderful quaint and quiet community.

The space was cozy and comfortable. The attention to detail was evident as the kitchen and bathroom were both well stocked with everything we needed. The setting was beautiful and the hosts are lovely.

Location was hard to beat, especially while visiting family! Will definitely be using Gretchen’s place again in the future!

Cassie was very friendly and easy to talk to. She has a very nice personality and we look forward to staying with her in the future.

If I could give more than 5/5 stars, I would. Josh’s Airbnb was SO cute and cozy. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything necessary to cook a meal, and the porch swing was the best. The scenery was stunning and so incredibly peaceful, we especially loved sitting on the swing with our morning cup of coffee. There were games and a pack’n’play for our son, and a washer and dryer which is necessary when you travel with a toddler. And Josh and Katie and their boys were absolutely wonderful to us. We will absolutely plan on staying there again in the future! Loved, loved, loved!

This space is new, clean and comfortable. A wonderful place to get some rest and relaxation.

Unusual decor, great comfortable stay. Shawn was a great host. Very communicative when I ran into issues and flexible. Place was in a quiet peaceful area and I slept very well. Kitchen was well appreciated and had all the necessities. Everything was clean and very well maintained

Exactly what we were hoping for! Beautiful space in a perfect little neighborhood, just a few minute walk to downtown Franklin. Liz was a wonderful host, look forward to coming back!

What a fantastic AirBnB. Gorgeous house out in the TN countryside. Private guesthouse overlooking the pool. Special place. Very quiet peaceful place. No sirens or noise just nature sounds morning and night. Saw lots of wildlife early am and late night. I stayed 15 days for business trip and it was perfect spot with all the necessary amenities. Full kitchen, W/D with a grill. Fully loaded with supplies and comes with DirectTV. Riah was terrific host, accommodating and super responsive. Definitely would stay here again!

Linda was the consummate host and the place was absolutely perfect for a young family. Linda had everything we could need for our 1 year old and 4 year old and the land was absolutely perfect to let the kids run around and explore. Very Anne of Green Gables vibes, to the extent it helps.

Work is a wonderful host!! Super responsive, and kind! The room we stayed in was super cute and super clean! Great location, not far from all the fun of downtown Franklin!

Cody was an AMAZING HOST. And wow you guys this guest house is impeccable. Our family of four stayed (two young children) and it was perfect for us. The high ceilings, beautiful finishes, and furniture really made this place feel SO big! The bathroom- out of this world. The shower was way beyond my expectations. The bedding, mattresses, plush towels, all exquisite. Don’t even get me started on the property. The land is breathtaking. Highly recommend and we will DEFINITELY be back!
