Cottage is 660 SF, 2 bedroom. One room has a queen bed. Second bedroom is a bunk bed best suited for children. The common space has a day bed with a second pull up trundle bed. Access to the owners dock and use of Kayak and paddle board when a waiver is signed. 15 Minutes to the Ark and 1 Hour to the Creation Museum & Cincinnati. Cottage attached to owners house by an outdoor breezeway and has it's own large deck and lake access. No Dishwasher or Washer/Dryer ID verify at checkin

It's a great place to relax, or enjoy kayaking, paddle boating, paddle boarding and fishing. We have one of the best views of the lake. The Guest House is fully renovated and decorated with relaxation in mind. It has everything you would need for your stay. After all, the lake is where your worries fade and memories are made! Conveniently located close to The Neeley Family Distillery. Some have visited the Ark while staying here also.

WEEKEND SPECIAL + LOW NIGHTLY RATE - Choose Anna’s Place and you will enjoy easy access to everything from the ARK Encounter to the Cincinnati Zoo. Our guests will have access to the entire side of the duplex which includes 2 bedrooms upstairs in addition to the full bath. This beautiful stone house(built in 1843 and newly renovated) is the perfect place to retreat with family, friends, or any group! While you'll be an easy 30-minute drive from downtown Cincinnati, the Aquarium, Creation Museum, and Riverbend Music Center, you'll revel in the stillness of the natural landscape surrounding this charming home. (Of course, the in-ground pool, hot tub, fire pit, pool table, fishing, hiking, basketball court & kayaks also sweeten the deal.)

This is a duplex home, which I just moved out of and I’m turned it into a Second Airbnb. There is a Airbnb on the second floor, which is totally separate from the first floor. You will share the main entrance door with the Airbnb on the second floor. I’m still adding details. If you don’t have a picture on your profile, you will need to send it upon request. Just for safety. There is a camera in the hallway upon entering the front door.
