This place was right in town and was absolutely perfect for venturing around Palmer/Wasilla. Chelsa was a wonderful host and went out of her way to help us keep our two wild boys entertained during our stay which was much appreciated. The apartment itself was really clean and comfortable. We’ll definitely be staying there again next time we’re in Palmer🙂

This Bnb is in a very private location in a good neighborhood. Looks better in person. Really enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Kate was incredibly responsive and with a very short notice. The apartment was beautifully put together and reminds me of why I love using air b&b over a hotel room. I wish I could live in this space! 100% worth staying here. 10/10 recommend.

This is always my favorite place when on business trips in Wasilla. Close to shopping, and grocery stores; yet private. Awesome view of mountain range.

This was a perfect location! Very convenient! Just about 30 minutes outside of the airport, close to downtown, and all of the stores & restaurants you need within a 5 minute drive. Some nice touches to the place - a new stove with a built in griddle, a breakfast bar with a variety of coffee, two recliners in front of the TV (they were a very nice touch!) and an awesome shower well equipped with all the basics. Tony was very responsive, helpful and friendly :) Would definitely recommend staying her if you are coming through town.

Staying here for the second time, I once again found it lovely, peaceful, and pristine - a comfortable and welcoming home away from home. And the host is always friendly and responsive to any questions or issues I have!

Great place for a quick stay!

Absolutely lovely, beautiful and clean, fully stocked with all the amenities and everything new. I loved the comfortable and bright workspace and reading nook (with windows!). The location is great, right off two major roads but not so close that you get too much road noise. I was very comfortable and would be happy to stay there again.

Great place to stay! We visited from NJ to meet our 1st granddaughter and this was the perfect place. Easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. Ryan was quick to respond when the wifi went out and that was our only incident if you’d even call it that. This looks just like the pics! The couch/pull out is so comfy and the tv is amazing for movie night! The kitchen had mostly everything we needed to make meals for the week. The shower pressure was perfect especially after traveling all day and hiking. There are other units in the building but it was very quiet. Highly recommend this spot in Eagle River! Also check out Thunderbird Falls, you won’t be disappointed

Great one bedroom with everything you need when away from home.

Our stay was wonderful! This place has so much room. We had 2 grandchildren (age 5 & 10) with us and they loved it also. Only issue we had was a complaint from people whom lived below. We respected the quiet hours from 10-10 everyday. We did not know 1 of them worked 2nd shift, and got woke up by the kids couple mornings? They were playing tag out on deck one time. We told them we were sorry and would try to respect their wishes. From then on we worried about being quiet. This place is very close to grocery stores, gas, Walmart, Fred Meyer’s, and restaurants. Wonderful place to stay and very convenient. There is a park 2 lots down which we went to and kids played and fed ducks. There is also a Church (Creekside Church) about 5 miles away, very nice Church and made us feel welcomed. The kids loved the Children’s Church also. This place had everything we needed. The view was spectacular.

Loved this location, very centralized to the family we were visiting in Chugiak and Eagle River. Space was clean and easy to get to. Highly recommending to friends and family to stay here!

I had a great stay at Meaghan's place. Be sure to note the section in Meaghan's description where she mentions that there are young children in the house above the apartment. If you are noise sensitive, this might not be the place for you as there was quite a bit of bumping going on during daytime hours, but that is to be expected with young kids in the house, possibly on a rainy day. In my case, I just popped in my ear buds and I was fine. :) The apartment was exactly what I needed, and it was nice to be able to do my laundry and to get cleaned up before heading back out on the road. Comfy bed, full kitchen, keypad access, good wifi, giant TV...everything you could wish for. Highly recommended!

By far, the best rental I’ve had with AirBnb. The instructions for check-in were seamless, everything was set and ready to go, there were printed instructions on the counter with everything I needed to know, the living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom were well furnished and clean. It was exactly the kind of space that I needed after a long trip. A very positive and welcoming environment to stay at. It was obvious that my hosts were very intentional and professional. I’ve already highly recommended it to family for anyone visiting the area.

Amazing stay! Donna and Johnnie's property is amazing. Great views and super quite/peaceful. The unit is well furnished with a comfortable couch and bed. This was the cleanest AirBNB I've ever stayed in. The hosts instructions were spot on and made getting there super easy. Would stay again and highly recommend to others.

We had a great time at the property! The atmosphere is quaint. It is easy to find. The host is very timely with communication. The property is located in a wooded area close to Talkeetna. Very beautiful!

The place was very clean and conveniently located so we could get to Anchorage rather quickly but also head north for some hiking. Stacia & Cash were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay!

We came to Palmer for a destination wedding of a close friend. We were nervous about traveling with our 5 month old, but Johnnie and Donna’s place was perfect! Comfortable bed, washer and dryer, kitchen, wifi, and a TV with lots of channels! They provided us with a pack n play and high chair, which was so helpful! It was one less thing we had to pack from Kentucky! We also loved how quiet and peaceful the close-to-town location was. So great for when it was bed time for our baby. The three of us enjoyed sitting out and rocking on the porch to a beautiful view! They also have a binder on the table that is full of information and recommendations, it was so handy! We ate at two of their recommended restaurants, yum!! If we are ever back or close by, we are staying again!!

Such a sweet little getaway. They left us some local blueberries and rhubarb applesauce but we didn’t get a chance to eat any because we were so busy didn’t make anything with them! Such a sweet thought. Also had cute truck sheets for my son to sleep on! Great hosts, would stay again!

Our stay on Lazy Mountain was wonderful! Gretchen and Al are wonderful hosts ...we felt right at home. Instructions were clear and helpful as we are not used to sharing our daily lives with the moose and bear of Alaska. The view from the property can't be beat, it's pristine! We visited during a rainy period so did not walk the property, but I would imagine that to be beautiful. Our living space was so comfortable...a beautiful home away from home!!

Sarah was a responsible, accommodating hostess. I look forward to returning to Talkeetna and enjoying her hospitality again.
