Absolutely loved my stay at the Airstream! I was a beautiful and very peaceful place to stay, a great location to both Arcata and the Redwoods. Also loved the access to the hot tub— perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking! Jeffery and his family are great and responsive hosts, I felt safe and comfortable the whole stay.

This was our second time experiencing this beautiful place. We returned back because of how much fun and intimate our experience was. I definitely will be returning back.

We loved staying here when we visited Redwoods National Park. The very private hot tub in dense woods with a nice view of the night sky was a true delight after a hard day of hiking. DeVon was very helpful when we ran into a few hiccups over a holiday weekend!

This place was absolutely stunning. This was my first time visiting Humboldt after graduating in 2014. The cottage was perfectly put in the peaceful forest and had amazing amenities. The private sauna and hot tub were absolutely incredible. Would highly recommend staying at the cottage!!!

We had a blast. Super peaceful & fun. It wasn’t difficult to get into bath spaces. The room was smaller than I imagined from the pictures but it was still roomy enough for two people. Would definitely go again.

Everything was perfect! The house and the view were even more gorgeous in person. The house had absolutely everything our family needed (and more!) for our stay. The neighborhood and town were adorable and the short walk to the beach was a huge plus for us. We truly could not have asked for more and were discussing making a yearly trip after just 1 night! Would absolutely recommend this beautiful home!

We absolutely love the place.The cathedral ceilings make the rooms spacious, and the skylights fill them with natural light. The gleaming wood floors, fireplace, and built-in desk nook make it feel cozy. The cool cement kitchen counter, colors used thru-out, and decor all give it an artistic flair. The private patio was scented with a nearby flowering jasmine and lilac bush. The snacks and drinks Nancy left were greatly appreciated and welcoming. And to top it all off, the hot tub at the end of the day was sublime. What's not to like? I wish I could live there. We are definitely returning. Thanks for everything Nancy.

This is a clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated home, centrally located in gorgeous Ferndale. Peggy is a very kind and generous host. We highly recommend this home and look forward to returning!

We had a two day stay with our baby and dog. Our stay was restful and relaxing. The space is very beautifully decorated and cozy. There were some enjoyable reads placed around the space.The kitchen was stocked with essentials and made cooking our meals easy. We appreciated the dog amenities like food bowls and dog towel to wipe paws, as well as front/back yard space for our dog to explore. Would recommend for families and dog owners.

I came to visit my son and enjoy the surrounding redwoods, but ended up having to stay indoors a lot more than planned, and I was very, very comfortable in Sara's place. The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you need; I loved the firm mattress; and, being an avid reader, I loved the comfy chair in the bedroom and the bright lighting throughout. It's situated in a very quiet neighborhood, and a lovely Café is just a stone's throw down the hill. Sara's personalized Welcome sign made me feel right at home, and she was always very quick to respond when I reached out. I just really liked the place and enjoyed my stay very much!

This place is a phenomenal find! I hadn't been to Manila in about 15 years but it's a very special area. The community park, Bay views are truly amazing. Katy was the best to talk to including being so helpful to get the heater battery replaced. The space is stylish, comfortable, has everything you need and could ask for and feel right at home. I could move in next week. I can't wait to return a couple times a year to explore more and more of the area. Very quiet, safe and peaceful location. A binder full of local recommendations, cookbooks to make food there, perfect location for both Arcata and Eureka. My birthday trip was excellent due to being able to stay here.

I had such a fantastic experience stay in Arcata. The space was spotless and had all the little touches that made it feel like home. The location was perfect — close to everything I wanted to see, but still peaceful and quiet at night. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, offering great local tips and making sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. This beautiful place was everything advertised and far more. Perfectly situated to reach everything in the area quickly. Their recommendations and directions posted in the home were perfect. Just love this property. We’d recommend it to anybody we know coming through.

Pilot Rock Cottage was a perfect destination and Steve was a wonderful host! The cottage was stocked with everything we could possibly need. Very comfortable. Terrific view of Trinidad Bay from the front windows and porch! Walking distance to restaurants and hiking trails. Easy launching point to visit other attractions in the area. We would love to stay there again!

This is a great little place in a good spot, right next to wildberries. Clean room, too. Romi was very understanding when I messed up on the reservation and had to adjust, too.

This Airbnb was perfect! Very clean, fully stocked with all amenities including ALL of the toiletries, blankets and pillows and towels. At every turn, we were impressed with all that was offered. Cozy mornings in the living room with a nice soft blanket and a coffee were key to starting every day. My mom is already talking about going back and renting this house. Highly recommend.
