Very cute house and spacious. We had a good time in the hot tub. Location was very close to all the wineries, only minutes away. We will come back with family.

We had a little hiccup getting into the cabin but Cherri immediately came out to help. The cabin was perfect and secluded exactly like the photos.

Home was very well kept clean and just like pics. We even seen 4 deers on the property 🥰

Fernweh AirBNB along the Guadalupe River was the best stay-cation. The amenities with pickleball, basketball, pool/hot-tub, and the river complete with private tube launch (of course!) entertained both my teenager and first grader for days! They even allowed us to bring our dog ( for a very reasonable added fee ) was so thoughtful and generous. We can’t wait to return again this summer! Thank you, Dakota, for a fantastic Spring Break experience for my family & I.

The place is very relaxing for a short get away. The quiet community is a nice change from the bustling city. Information was very clear and questions answered quickly. I only wished there were more than 2 bath towels. With then hot tub we shared one towel for that and one for the shower. Or maybe need to bring a beach towel. Otherwise very excellent

Loved staying here, wish we could have stayed longer! Loved how private it was. Perfect for 2 ppl. Hot tub felt great. Bed was comfortable and location was great easy to get to places.

Great place. Very quiet and private location in the hill country. The bed is extremely comfortable. We loved sitting on the big front porch watching the horses across the street. From the outside it very much looks like an 1800s cabin (in a good way - girlfriend said it's, "freaking adorable"), but is very cozy inside and fixed up nicely. There's nothing within walking distance if that's what you're looking for. But if you want quiet, cozy, and peaceful, this will definitely give you that. And Kristin is super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

This is a cozy and comfortable little cabin located in a quiet neighborhood on the north side of Canyon Lake. It is within walking distance of Potter's Creek Park and the lake.

We loved our stay here! An amazing Airbnb with very funky artwork and furniture that left us feeling very comfortable. A great location with a few lovely spots within 5 minutes of walking distance including an epic breakfast spot we went back to twice! Would recommend this place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was the perfect get away! Kathy was such a gracious host and kept us informed of places to visit and events in town. She gave great instructions on how to find their place and stayed in touch to ensure we had everything we neeeded. She even hung a birthday sign because I mentioned we were celebrating husbands birthday! She left us hand feeders for the hummingbirds which was one of the highlights of the trip for us. We loved watching for all the birds on the feeders, walking out to feed the goats, and just having a peaceful place to be! It was a delight to meet Kathy and Wayne. Kathy even went out of her way to help my daughter hold one of the baby goats. We definitely hope to come back again some day! We loved purchasing some of Wayne's amazing metal work! We hope to visit again soon!

They came out to greet us on arrival. Very friendly and responsive to questions. Place was perfect for us and my dogs.

We had a wonderful stay over a long Easter weekend with family! The deck area overlooking the lake is a fantastic place to hang out with family and pets. We played card games outdoors and there is a cool fort with slide that kept our We also enjoyed sitting in the shady area down by the lake with access to a hammock and chairs. The cabin is cozy and peaceful. We slept really well each night with the black-out shades. Overall, a wonderful cabin. Thank you for sharing it with us for the weekend!

This is truly a beautiful place to unwind and connect with nature. The cabin was spotless and provided everything as described, making it feel like a home away from home. Being just a short walk from the river adds to the tranquility and makes it an incredibly peaceful experience. I wholeheartedly recommend it for anyone looking to escape and relax!

This airbnb was absolutely amazing and set a new, and very highbar for a 5 stars. The area was beautiful and Ketsani was an amazing host who went out of her way to make sure we had an incredible experience and feel welcome. We were treated to homemade handsanitizer that smelt amazing, to homemade mini muffins and cookies that were some of the best I've ever had. Ketsani even helped my girlfriend find her preferred wine flavor. The airbnb was in pristine condition and was incredibly clean, it was stocked with kitchen appliances and utensils and even had a tea and coffee bar. My only complaint was that I had to leave😂. Overall the best experience I have had at an airbnb.

Exceeded expectations, house was super clean and the beds were comfortable. Host was very responsive and the sangrias they sell next door were delightful and worth trying. Cannot wait to visit again.

Left many helpful things for us, such as cooking materials, bathroom (showering and hygiene). Made it feel like home with all the decorations. Left fun activities for us as well, such as a tv, board games, and a speaker. All in all it was a very clean and homelike experience that made it fun for all the guests and will definitely book again when in town again!

Returning to a place multiple times says it all: these Maisonettes are cute, quiet and right in the middle of all the best places to go in the Texas Hill Country! Being able to order a bottle from French Connection Wines and having it waiting for us, excellent! We'll be back again for sure.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay here. Both bedrooms were great and it's in a super cool area, very convenient to get anywhere. Enjoyed the architecture of the place as well as the rustic coolness of this historic neighborhood. I would absolutely stay again. Thanks so much.

I couldn’t say more about my stay. Jill was a wonderful host! The cottage was very cozy and clean and had everything I needed. I spent every evening on her dock which had a beautiful view. I also liked having a check in at 1pm as an option. I highly recommend staying at the cottage !
