Check in was easy with Donnys clear instructions. The apartment was spotlessly clean, bright and spacious. It was easy to walk to the beach and not far from the restuarants and shops. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

We loved this flat, it was spotlessly clean, really well equipped and in a fabulous location with great views. It has a homely, personal feel and our children loved the toys and games! The sandy beach is a short walk down the hill and we spent a lot of time here. It is quieter than the main beach in swanage, a perfect place for children. Great to have a parking space too. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay and was prefect for us as a family. Lots of places to walk too. Our accommodation was perfect and clean. Kenton & Kirsty are great hosts and so helpful. We hope to be back again in the summer. 😊

Very convenient location for our weekend in Bournemouth. The flat was very spacious, immaculate and beautifully decorated. It was well equipped and a treat to have two bathrooms between us. We managed to park on the street both evenings which was a bonus. We explored Kingston Lacy while we were there which we thoroughly recommend! Host was helpful and quick to respond.

My children and I loved staying here. Perfect for us all and had everything we needed. The scones, clotted cream and Jam were a very lovely touch as were other items to make our short stay a breeze. Comfortable in all aspects too. We walked from here to a local pub which was also great. Julia was extremely helpful in getting the EV charger going which was another bonus to staying here. Would highly recommend.

We are regular visitors to Bournemouth for both business and pleasure. Rachels place is always the first port of call if it is available to book. Private parking space/great location/the flat itself is pristine and has the additional benefits of a very well equipped kitchen/movie room over staying in a hotel. Rachels comms are great and she is always helpful/responsive if needed! Don't hesitate to book this air bnb!

We had a wonderful stay in Cara‘s Portland cottage. We were there over Christmas week. Cara had decorated the house beautifully for Christmas and was really responsive to every request. We know Portland well and have many friends we were there to visit, so we already knew what a fabulous place it is to be. The cottage was really well stocked with all the equipment we needed and more. Cara left us a fabulous hamper of Christmas bits and bobs - so much we couldn’t get through it all! Thank you, Cara. We will be back!

Wonderful stay over Easter weekend, central location to explore and walkable to a friendly pub, The Red lion, very reasonable prices. The house was spotless and communication great.

We had a great break in Swanage, and loved staying at Rookery Cottage. The location is great, just 12-15 minutes from the town, beaches and steam railway. It’s on a main road but you don’t notice much noise once inside. The cottage is spotless and we wouldn’t change a thing, Katherine and Brian have thought of everything. They were really responsive in the run up to the holiday and helped with recommendations of places to go with our dog. They even left a lovely welcome pack with some dog biscuits which Tommy loved! Highly recommend this for a Swanage stay!

I can't thank Carolyn enough, after finding out I was surprising my 12 year old son to a birthday getaway birthdays banners and signs plus sweets etc all put out for when we arrived! above and beyond for us. Carolyn was very responsive, informative and so kind. wonderful localaton, amenities etc. caravan was like home to home, well equipped and very clean. thank you again! highly recommend! 5🌟😁

Really lovely cottage, very spacious, clean, comfy beds, nice garden and kitchen was very well stocked. Corfe Castle is a pretty village with lots of walks and easy access to Corfe Common. We were blessed with super weather, really enjoyed our stay.

The Annex is very clean, spacious and comfortable. Tony and Caroline welcomed us and we appreciated the thoughtful extras provided. The location is perfect for walking into Weymouth and also around the coast - we had a really lovely stay :)

We had a lovely couple of days stay here. The flat was immaculate and as described. Brilliant instructions of how to access the flat and where to find everything. Really kind extras which were a lovely surprise and just made the stay so much more special. We will definitely be back because of the lovely flat and the location of Corfe castle. Spent a fantastic couple of nights in Tina's lovely studio. Part of a stunning contemporary property in a quiet area but close enough to central Salisbury for those who want to visit. Equally stunning is the garden with the chalkstream River Nadder at its limit. Well equipped kitchen and very pleasantly appointed living accommodation. If you absolutely forced me to suggest any improvements all I could say is; maybe a bigger TV screen?! But with the garden and the surrounding sights to visit you probably won't be watching much TV anyway! Tina was an exemplary host. One of the best UK Airbnb's I've stayed in for sure. Thoroughly recommended.

Very happy we stayed here. The hosts were extremely proactive and friendly and the accommodation was A1. Really cosy, high end furnishings and very welcoming. Hot tub was amazing too! Property was near to a number of local beaches and towns by car and very close to shops and restaurants. Will be back for sure!

We had a few days at Nicole's bnb. it was in a lovely quiet spot within a few metres of the beach. The flat was clean and tidy with a very comfortable kingsize bed. We didn't eat our meals at the flat, but the kitchen was very well equipped and had a very modern bathroom. Very pleasant for a short stay.

Fantastic apartment flooded with beautiful light and the most stunning views of the sea. So peaceful and quiet, well laid out and equipped with cool, funky decor. Perfect location really close to sandy Boscombe beach and ideal for exploring Bournemouth, Sandbanks and Dorset landmarks. Great for a family of four with the layout of the rooms.

Family of 5 stayed here for 2 nights and we all really enjoyed it. You are about 5 minutes drive to Bournemouth sea front and about 10-15 minutes to Southbourne beach. You are also a 5ish minute walk to Tesco Express (it's quicker to walk there than Drive) which is handy, there was also some restaurants in the same area but we didn't try any. The house was very clean and well looked after and a really good sized garden for the kids to run around in. Beds were all made up ready for us and few bits left out as a welcome gift which were a nice touch. Angela was also very accessible throughout the stay if we needed her.

Really enjoyed our stay faultless from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Clean and tidy and very helpful hosts. Enjoyed a meal a the local pub which was 4 minutes walk up the road. 40 minutes away from Lulworth Cove and Durdle door. Would highly recommend.
