Grand Joe’s cottage was a wonderful place to stay! We expected a cottage, not the spaciousness this home offered! We loved hanging out on both porches and had plenty of room for our family to spread out while still having a homey welcoming feel! The house was well stocked and clean. Loved having the fenced yard for our dog. The house is adorable loved the character and story of it!

We had a pleasant stay. The location was a little further out than I wanted but it was peaceful. The house was ok it’s an old home but Alex communicated well when I needed something. Overall stay I give a 4 like I said it’s an old home but has been kept up beds were comfortable.

Me and a workmate were passing through the area for work and this place was the same price or cheaper than a hotel. I heard the bed was comfortable, but I can only attest to the couch where I slept. It was comfortable enough and I think perfectly fine for a one night stay. The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked with appliances, dishes, towels and all of that sort of thing. The water in the shower got hot fast and the pressure was GREAT. It was easy to find and Google Maps took us right into the driveway. It feels secluded and quiet. There is another cabin further down the drive but you really don’t even notice it’s over there unless you’re specifically looking for it. I think this is an awesome little cabin for a weekend getaway and it’s hard to argue with the price. I think anyone with realistic expectations would enjoy this spot. Thanks Peggy and Terry!

Ibia was a great host! Very responsive and attentive to the needs of the home! The home was just as described, clean, and homely! We’d definitely stay here again!
