The Burlington Hotel & Bar was built with 12 sleeping rooms for railroad workers in 1891. Located in Alma along the Mississippi River and still along active railroad tracks, it was added to the National Register of Historical Places in 1982. The hotel now features 5 bedrooms for up to 12 guests, a bar & a shop called 'Queen Bee Alma' offering crochet & craft classes. Location: 1/2 mile from the marina/beach, a few doors down from Kwik Trip, and a short walk to the bars & shops, downtown Alma.

Governor's Mansion Inn - Rusk Room

Queen room in a historic downtown boutique hotel that was the first official Governor's Mansion of Wisconsin. There were 17 sitting governors that lived here while in office, including Fighting Bob La Follette, the founder of the Progressive Party. Timber Baron Inn Sugarbush Room

Keep cool in the summer and inspired in the winter with our Ski Themed room! The Inn is located on a piece of land that's called the "Sugarbush" because the Native Americans used the land to tap the trees for Maple syrup.
