Absolutely lovely place. Spotless apartment. Heating worked, WiFi worked, shower was nice and hot. Host was very friendly and responsive. Would recommend :)

The place is spacious and clean, walkable to central city, and provided with free car parking. Esther is very helpful and responsive. It will be even better if the mattresses could be more firm, it may be my personal feeling that the mattresses are too soft for me. Anyway, the environment is very good and it’s worth the price.

Very highly recommend. The property is conveniently situated amongst great transport links into the city centre whilst being on the doorsteps of Broadway Plaza. Would definitely stay again. Host was a great help and made us feel very welcome. 5*

Stayed here for 10 days while working an event in the city. initially the actual accommodation was switched to another one due to booking issues, but the alternative was just as good, all basic necessities and great location as it is a short walk from the city centre. Very comfy and nice spacious bedrooms

We celebrated my friend’s year sobriety at “the chicken place” (we nicknamed). It’s a home away from home, cosy quirky cottage! We had everything we needed and more, a cosy fire, plenty of bedrooms, lots of great games and the hosts left us some gorgeous treats (chocolates, biscuits, crisps and pop) which made our stay even better, we were overwhelmed. Chickens outside, hot tub and what made our stay even better - Kevin the cat!!!!! If you’re looking for the above, you should book!

Rooms very spacious and very comfy living room for us to chill over the Christmas period.. easy to find with easy check in and out. Had a nice park with shops near by for walking the dog in a quiet location

My family and I booked a short holiday here and it was great. The place was clean and all the tech items were amazing. Massage chairs, a TV, beautiful lighting and great bathroom amenities. Would recommend anyone to come visit. It was big and clean too. Thank you so much!

Na was super responsive and helpful in messaging & giving information to make the stay incredibly pleasant and easy. The house was very clean & comfortable, with clear attention to detail having been shown. A well located base, a short taxi ride for the NEC, in a pleasant area away from the busyness of the city. We were able to find all we needed during our stay. We highly recommend.

The house was warm and cosy, ideal for a family holiday. We were close to our family. We were close to a supermarket, so groceries were easily accessed. Plenty of restaurants and takeaways are available. Comfortable house and surroundings

Lovely little flat in a quiet area close to the city centre. Big comfy bed. High quality linens. Spotlessly clean. Everything you would need for cooking, cleaning etc. with lots of useful personal touches. Thank you for a lovely stay.

This room have just got the new Wi-Fi. And it’s located in the city central. It took you just a few steps to the new street station. It is very convenient 👍👍👍

I stayed here for my short duration in Birmingham and thoroughly enjoyed it. However it being on a main road may be a problem for some guests, so keep that in mind when booking. Other than that, had no issues staying here, and would do so again.

Responsive host and left clear instructions, the place was clean and tidy and was in a great location!
