The space includes 2 bedrooms with high end queen mattresses, 2 gorgeous bathrooms with spacious showers, a game room with pool table, dart board & bar area, living area with stone hearth & wood burning fire place, & fully operational kitchenette with mini fridge. The space is so comfortable some of our guests decide to spend more time at home versus going out.

You living space is an entire lower floor apartment, located on desirable Town Mountain, sitting directly above downtown, which your deck overlooks. Our location, three minutes from downtown, is ideal for being part of everything Asheville has to offer while still being "away from it all" during your downtime. The 1,400 sq. foot space includes a fireplace, large windows, flat screen TV, full bath, kitchenette and a 700 sq. foot walk out deck to enjoy your morning coffee or to watch the sunset.

Enjoy this tree lined, walkable neighborhood, only steps away from the Omni Grove Park Inn property yet 2.5 miles to downtown, 5 miles to the Biltmore Estate and 8 miles to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Easily accessible by Lyft or Uber. My husband and I have lived here for 35 years so we've got you covered on where to eat, drink and sightsee. Enjoy a stylish, comfortable stay in this centrally located (10 min to downtown!) first-floor suite—no steps. Relax on the private patio, unwind by the electric fireplace, prepare light meals in the kitchenette, and sleep soundly in a king bed. This main-level suite is the lower level of our home. Our family—including two young children—lives upstairs. If you’re sensitive to normal household noise, this may not be the best fit, but many guests find it private and perfect for a relaxing stay.

Internet password is on the fridge and you can log onto your favorite streaming accounts. We thoroughly clean and disinfect after every guest. No smoking anywhere on the property.
