Relax after a day at the dunes in this quiet home at the edge of town. It's a 3-1/2 mile drive to the dunes. With a permit from the city, you can drive your ATV right to the park! This two-bedroom, one-bath home has excellent central air and heat and ceiling fans. One bedroom offers a queen bed and the second has two twin beds. The sofa opens into a queen-size bed. We added a new stackable washer and dryer—perfect for small loads. Plenty of parking in the back for your truck, trailer, and ATV.

Near Alabaster Caverns, Cargill Solar Salt Plant & our old west downtown/museum, this is a cozy spot for hunters, those seeking solace from the big city or needing to layover. For an additional pet fee(s), we can also accommodate several horses in two big outdoor pens w/plenty of parking. We’re 25 min. from Alva, 30 min. from Waynoka (Little Sahara), 40 min. from Woodward, & close to KS state line.

Main gathering room is Giant. 85" TV, 200+ online movies, H/C H20 Dispenser, Central H&A & mini-split. 3 Queen Beds, 2 Twins (1 is in laundry room.) 2 sleeper Sofas & 2 XL cots. Queen auto blow up if needed. Huge parking area(see pics) This is an older home in many respects with only 1 bathroom. However it is inviting for all. Xtra folding chairs & tables. A sort of duplex w/my house separate but connected & readily available if needed. TY!

With one queen bed in each bedroom, you can sleep 8 comfortably. Curl up on the sectional couch and watch your favorite shows on Netflix and Hulu if you need a break from the dunes.
