The ship is moored in the Zaan on a beautiful location among monumental warehouses and buildings where you can enjoy the view of the ships and bustling Wormerveer. At 5 minutes by bike (for rent) you will find De Zaanse Schans, the world famous Dutch windmills. A tour in the classic car is possible.

Het is ook geschikt als retraite & kunstenaarshuis, omdat je rustig zit en toch heel dicht bij de winkels & mensen als je dat wil opzoeken. Het is een soort 'natuurhuisje', maar dan in verstedelijkt gebied. De energie van het huis werkt kalmerend.

Amsterdam is only 15 minutes away by public transportation. Cities like Alkmaar and Haarlem even the Dutch beach, are easily reachable from this beautiful location. The price is including tourist tax.
