Jellybean- cutest mini houseboat retreat ever!

'Jellybean' is a lovingly restored 1974 TINY houseboat nestled on the mudflats of an RSPB bird reserve on the West Sussex coast. She is one of the smallest narrowboats in the world- 15ft long and 5ft10” high (PLEASE NOTE THE SIZE ). She has all you need to switch off and relax!. The beach is only a 2 minute walk away, and Shoreham by Sea, Worthing and Brighton are all easily accessible. Jellybean is a safe space for solo guests or couples to escape. Central Worthing. Close to beach, town & hospital

10 minutes walk to the beach, Promenade, pier and shops, in a perfect location for those wanting to stay in Worthing. Only a 3 min walk to the hospital. Waitrose and Lidl are just across the road and there are dozens of pubs and restaurants plus the UK's oldest cinema, The Dome, all within half a mile. Free on street parking for a car is available but not guaranteed. The property is available for short stays until end of February 2026 and after that for longer stays of over four weeks.

"Olive View" is a purpose built cabin, with a hot-tub & private terrace and patio area. There are plenty of options for you here; a quiet getaway to enjoy that well earned break, or a base to visit local attractions such as the South Downs, Brighton or Worthing. The interior provides a perfect couples escape. Inside, the space has a kitchenette (no oven), a dining space, a king-size bed, pocket doors leading to a shower room & cloakroom. The cabin is located at the end of our garden.

Cute & Cozy - 1 double bedroom guesthouse

This small unique place has a style of its own. Cozy, comfortable and clean. Located in a residential area in West Worthing with easy access to shops, train station and bus routes. Within walking distance of the beach or you have the use of bicycles. We converted this space as independent accommodation for our daughter who has since flown the nest.
