Russet overlooks our fields where our Llamas, Alpacas and horses live. Located just outside the picturesque market town of Chipping Sodbury, we are also perfectly positioned for Bristol, Bath, Cheltenham, Cirencester, walks in the Cotswolds and the world famous Badminton and Gatcombe Horse Trials. A bright attractive annex, in the market town of Thornbury, Bristol. Close to walks, cycling routes and restaurants. The space has its own entrance leading into the self contained annex, comprising of bathroom, kitchen and living/bedroom area. Full size frdge/freezer and combi microwave, plus shared laundry facilities and off street parking. The town centre is just a 15 minute walk and Bristol is a 40 minute drive. Two bedrooms with double beds, bath/shower room plus kitchenette/diner with access and views over our flower garden. Basic breakfast included. Superfast Wifi. Excellent walking/cycling from the house. Well placed for visits to Cotswold villages, Bath, Bristol, Gloucester and Cheltenham by car or by train.

Privately accessed through its own outside door, it has a kitchen, bathroom and lounge area, with all the expected amenities. Located in a tranquil spot only a matter of minutes from the market town of Chipping Sodbury with its cafes, shops and pubs, it provides a great base for walking and exploring with easy access to Bath and Bristol by car, bike, bus or train.

Half way between Bath and Bristol is our charming and cosy eighteenth century newly renovated old stable. This unique space is the perfect retreat for two in a village location with Georgian Bath six miles in one direction and vibrant Bristol six miles in the other. And when you want to escape from the delights of these very different cosmopolitan centres there are many beautiful walks here on the edge of the Cotswolds to explore, with two lovely country pubs within walking distance.

Elmside is a country cottage with Hot Tub

This property offers a peaceful and relaxing holiday. we have a local shop in the village run by local volunteers offering a good friendly service with an array of local produce. Next to the shop is the village recreation ground with a designated play area suitable for a game of football or even a picnic. The local Old Fox pub and restaurant is a 5 minute walk from the cottage , a very popular place to eat and it would be advisable to book in advance to avoid disappointment.
