If you stay at Cary's place (and you should!), be sure to ask him for restaurant recommendations! He knows these restaurants, knows the owners, and even knows what some of their specialties are! This condo is amazing and we will be staying again.

The home was beautiful, clean, easily accessible and located in a great area. We had many options for restaurants within a few minutes drive. Easy access to downtown for exploring. Very comfortable amenities and well stocked kitchen. We would stay here again!

Had a great time with friends and we were all able to comfortably hang out in communal spaces, get around the city. The bathroom to room ratio was ideal for a group of girls to get ready and the neighborhood made us feel safe walking around at all times of the day. Would recommend

Extremely nice home. One of the rooms was smaller than expected, that being said, 4 bedrooms is very impressive. Only complaint is things that I had to repair. The towel holder kept falling down but once I tightened the screws it stopped falling. Also the blind that covering the sliding door to the backyard was broken. So if we wanted to go outside or take out the trash we had to move around the blinds. Besides that the home was very spacious with a very nice kitchen and bathrooms. The master bathroom even had a bidet, which was a nice surprise!

This was a very spacious and clean apartment that comfortably hosted our family of 6 for several days. Having two separate living areas was very useful and allowed our group to spread out a bit. The full-size crib in the extension area off the master bedroom was also much appreciated as we had a 2-year-old with us. The building is on a quiet street just one block from Humboldt Park and two blocks from restaurants and shops on North Avenue. There was a grocery store within 2 blocks. Dubbs was a very responsive host, and we appreciate his flexibility with checkout time. We would happily stay here again.

Great location close to downtown Chicago. There was plenty of space and the home was very clean. Lots of outdoor patio areas and beautiful roof deck to enjoy some sun and fresh air. Would stay again!

Brian’s condo was the perfect place to have old friends and family to gather in chicago! The place was huge, lots of areas to hang out, front and back porch, and right next to Wrigley field and the red line train. Thanks for an awesome stay!

We had a large group staying overnight for a memorial service the next day. They were extremely accommodating as we had family coming from multiple states. It was exactly as described and Craig responded quickly. Would highly recommend and would be happy to stay there again.

Tian’s row-house was spacious and comfortable! Great for large groups with kids. 4 bedrooms had doors on them, and the 2 extra sleeping spaces were not enclosed, so better for kids (bunk beds). Kitchen was well appointed, open to the dining and living rooms, making the open plan common space really spacious. We were a group of 11 people and there was plenty of room for all of us. The neighborhood was quiet at night, sleeping was never a problem, and the beds were comfortable… plenty of extra pillows, blankets, etc. The 2 and a half bathrooms were also large and roomy. We mostly used Uber to get to downtown Chicago, although there is a train stop nearby. It usually took about 20 minutes and cost around $30. This was economic for us since we didn’t want to rent a car and navigate independently. The price for this extra large property was great, given all the comfortable space we got! We had a wonderful stay there.

Perfect location if you are coming to Chicago for a Cubs game. 6 minute walk to Wrigley Field. Close enough to walk to all the bars and restaurants but just far enough from the noise, hustle and bustle. Nice, quiet side street. The house is great. There were seven of us using four of the five bedrooms. Plenty of space to hang out when we were not out and about. Everything was clean and comfortable. Michael was super responsive for the handful of things I had questions about. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend if you are considering a trip to Chicago.

AJ & Hannah were fantastic hosts! The moment I stepped inside, I instantly felt welcomed! Everything was clean, organized and newly updated. The home is spacious and the kitchen is well stocked with plenty of cooking amenities. I was pleased that the home is situated in a quiet neighborhood and parking was accessible with a large garage situated in the back of the property. My husband’s favorite feature was the downstairs gym! We had a great experience and the hosts were very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Our group of seven had a wonderful stay at Cloud 9. The location is prime, just a 6-10 minute Uber ride from everything we wanted to see and do. The place was very clean, spacious, and felt extremely safe. It had everything we needed for a short stay. I would definitely come back again!

The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure every detail was perfect. The location was ideal, close to local attractions yet peaceful and quiet. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I can’t wait to book again for my next trip. Highly recommended!

Amazing Chicago apt in a great location. This place is nearby shopping, food, and right off the highway. Hosts are very responsive to all communication and offered a white glove service. This place was big enough to host my family of 5 and it was a bonus that it’s a garden unit because I have small kids who like to treat every place like home lol Loved our stay and would make this my go to for every Chicago visit!
