Claire has a beautiful home in a great location. The home was spotlessly clean and Claire had added thoughtful touches such as a welcome basket and recommendations for places to eat whilst there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we had booked for longer!

We had a lovely stay here with my family (8 adults/4 couples, 1 toddler & 2 dogs - there was an extra fee for the second dog). It was spacious and very clean and tidy, with a lovely large dining table and comfortable sofas. Each couple had their own room and bathroom, with more space than we needed. The kitchen was well equipped and includes children’s plates and a high chair. Very close to the seafront and town, easy to park on the street. We are hoping to visit again next year!

We had a fantastic stay at Fiona's property over the Easter weekend and we have to say we could fault nothing. The space was airy, light and relaxing. The beds were so fresh and comfy. The rooms were spacious, well appointed and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well equiped and thoughtfully stocked. We all agreed that not being bombarded with a huge book of house rules and instructions on arrival was so refreshing. Having a leisurely check out time of 11am was really appreciated too. We all adored the house and the stunning garden and would love to return in the future Fiona ... if you'll have us that is 😀

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious house in Peterborough. The property was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s the perfect alternative to staying at a hotel—offering much more space and a homey atmosphere. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring our stay was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Peterborough. Would definitely stay here again!

Wow, what can I say. This beautiful little gem of a place is just so fabulous. Situated in a tiny village ( one pub and general store) you get to appreciate the space and quiet around you. The house has a fabulous garden to relax in, with a lovely decked eating area. Very dog friendly too ( my spaniel loved the garden) The accommodation was clean, stylish and cosy. The bed was super comfy and the mezzanine gave a different view of the chapel. Cressida was always available and responsive, giving recommendations for places to eat. However, kings Lynn is just down the road ( by car) and there’s plenty to do there plus all supermarkets etc. just such a fabulous stay. I’m looking forward to coming again in the autumn months, so I can light that lovely coal fire. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Everything we needed and more ❤️

We had a great stay here exploring the surrounding countryside and seeing some family. Very lovely village you could walk around with a great play park if you have kids. Lovely pubs in the local area and lots of suggestions found in the welcome pack. Very grateful for the extras supplied like some croissants and milk. All the amenities plus extra (shampoo and conditioner in the shower if needed). They were very responsive when we had an issue with the heating on the first night and it was perfect for what we needed. Thanks!

went for a family getaway with our parents and my son. The location is amazing the house was beautiful just like the pictures and description! the house has everything you needed and was one of the cleanest ones I have stayed in. the location is great right by the beach and restaurants. Madeleine was great and very helpful on the day we arrived we couldn't get the heating to work and she was right round and fixed it! great host and great house we will definitely be back!

Beautiful and homely- great accommodation! We stayed here for three nights with our friends - so in total four adults, three children and a baby and we kept losing each other! The garden is huge and many a game of hide and seek was had. We also had a great Easter egg hunt! The house had absolutely everything we needed and was so comfortable and clean. The beds were comfy and everyone slept amazingly apart from mama and baby, ha! The village is beautiful and peaceful and we found the supermarkets about a 15 min drive away had everything we needed. Highly recommend the beach at Old Hunstanton, and the adventure playgrounds at Pensthorpe and Sandringham! We reluctantly left and may very well be back again! Loved it!

We had a lovely stay, the apartment had everything we needed and was close to beautiful areas to explore. If anything, the photos don’t do this place justice! A home from home, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thanks for having us!

I had to book a last minute trip and this was the perfect location, I was blown away at the location and thought this was great value for money immediately! It was such a nice touch being provided breakfast and tea to make and it was really what I needed after some long busy days. I’d recommend this as a perfect place to stay when visiting the Lincoln area and surroundings.

The four of us were really happy to stay with Peta- even my youngish 20 something guests were taking photos of the setting - it is so v charming with the fish filled river and secluded oasis of a garden. Sleaford was an unexpectedly attractive historic bustling town. Loved it. Peta’s place was immaculate, the kitchen was very generously stocked and I loved the good quality bed linen- always nice. Definitely recommend. Only issue was the somewhat tight car driveway- but that was mainly because my rental car was the size of a tank.

A very nice flat in a quiet location. Clean, fresh and well equipped. Everything worked as expected. The internet was very stable and fast enough for my easy tasks such as reading documents and messaging. Would definitively stay again.

A lovely little place with lovely hosts. The place is decorated really nicely, very clean, the whole site was lovely and the little enclosed garden was so nice to sit in when the sun was shining. Owners dogs can be a bit barky at times, which if you're in the annex attached to their house, is quite loud, but we're dog people so it didn't hugely bother us and didn't last too long. We'd definitely stay again!

What a fantastic place. Beautiful location and completely peaceful. It was lovely to sit out on the patio in the evening with the sun setting. The perfect place from which to explore the wider area, unfortunately I didn't have chance to but would love to return one day and do so. The inside is completely as expected and has everything you would need to be self-sufficient.

Wow! Gil and Philip have created a magical experience that went far beyond our expectations. The lit log wood burner on our arrival was very welcome, the animals very friendly and the added extra treats really excelled. We loved our stay and would highly recommend, whether with children, friends, or as a romantic break.

Absolutely best place to stay for long period. The house is complete with wifi, tv, kitchen appliances & utensils. House is very clean. The host also very nice, friendly & proactive from time to time to communicate.

We had the most wonderful stay at 1 Glenesk. Everything was perfect in this quirky apartment and Harriet, the host, was extremely responsive to any queries. Comfy bed, cosy lounge and perfectly situated to enjoy the delights of Woodhall Spa. Can’t recommend enough. 5 *****

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Paul’s place - it’s homely and has everything I need. It’s in a beautiful location with a balcony looking onto the river.

Excellent and helpful host. Lovely apartment with street parking immediately outside the door. Apartment has everything you need. Very clean and modern. Comfortable en-suite bedrooms. Spacious lounge with kitchen in one corner with everything there. Good sized smart TV and Bluetooth sound bar to connect to your phone. Great little secure yard area should you need to let dog out between walks. Peaceful at night, good nights sleep. Convenient local store a few steps away. A few further steps and you’re at the local breakfast bar:)

A home from home in the perfect location for what we needed. Beautiful apartment, very clean and tidy and in a great location to local ammenities.

Lovely flat well furnished and laid out. Everything you need for a stay to explore the area. Tesco Express next door, local amenities and places to eat close by, beach 20-30 minutes walk away and bus stop over the road. Would definitely stay again :)

Jeanette was an exceptional host and Laura’s Loft is the perfect place to stay when visiting the heart of my home county. We stayed for the British Superbike round at Cadwell Park and found it the perfect place, a real haven after a day of work, noise and chatter. I would highly recommend Jeanette’s little Wolds haven and would definitely stay here again should the chance arise next season.
