Welcome to our fully remodeled, energy efficient home, centrally located in the mountains of Missoula. Our home is a short 10 minute bike ride to downtown or a $12 Lyft. We hope you will enjoy our open concept one bedroom, one bath studio. Amenities include a fully stocked kitchenette, large bathroom with tub and organic toiletries, on demand water heater with heated floors throughout (for those cool Montana mornings), stocked laundry room, large fenced backyard and patio w/ seating and grill.

Located about 40 min south of missoula in Stevensville MT. Newly finished tiny home with high end finishings. Great location for access to tons of hiking, flyfishing and other outdoor activities in the beautiful Bitterroot valley. Large shower with dual shower heads, stainless appliances and plenty of room to cook, two large decks for outdoor lounging and grilling. Note: the last mile or so is a primitive road. Trucks and sedans are fine but any vehicle with a low profile isn't recommended

The Cottage

This cozy cottage is located on a quiet street in the Target Range neighborhood of Missoula. It is adjacent to a main house, but it is completely private and self-sufficient. The cottage can be accessed by a lockbox, allowing guests to check-in as they please. This is tiny home living. Additional guests are not recommended. The cottage is also available for 30+ day rentals. Message the host for pricing and availability. No smoking or vaping on the premise, no parties or events, no pets.

Rattlesnake Studio - Walk to UM, downtown, River

The location is a quiet street in the Rattlesnake area walking distance (less than 1 mile) from downtown Missoula, the University of Montana and the Clark Fork River and only a couple of blocks from several major trailheads. Features: full kitchen with range, fridge, and microwave; dining area; full bathroom; and queen size bed. The carriage house is located above the garage with alley access and off street parking. Guests have access to the new side deck with seating and gas BBQ grill.

Into the Woods 32’ Camper with Slide-Out, Hot Tub

This is a beautiful camper with an awning, bunk beds, a private room with a queen bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower, outdoor shower, dining area, sofa, flat screen, air conditioning and heater. It is right next to a cute seasonal creek with a canopy and table and chairs and we also have lovely hiking trails. Dogs are allowed, cats are not allowed. Please note that we are along a busy road and that there is road noise and train tracks close by but we are also very close to amenities.

"Quincy's Place" - Getaway Cabin in the woods

Enjoy a peaceful and private getaway in the mountains of Montana. This newly renovated historic forest service cabin is located close to the interstate & Clark Fork River access. Moderate/ Mild walking and hiking is available onsite. Restaurants are located within a 10 to 15 minute as well as a grocery store. Starlink internet and cell service is provided. Our location is ideal for great fishing, hiking, hunting, rafting, horseback riding, mountain bike riding, atv riding, and mountain road exploring. Less than 30 minutes to Downtown Missoula. We welcome dogs. A large fenced area is available for dogs. Whether Spring, Summer, Fall or Winter, our home is the perfect place for any adventure.
