My family and I had the absolute most wonderful weekend here!! Victoria was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We ice fished and cooked on the grill and relaxed in the hot tub. ❤️ it was absolutely wonderful!

We were excited to stay here but the house was even better than expected. Everything inside is new, clean and easy to use. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. I recommend this home to anyone looking for a cozy base to explore the surrounding area.

Shelley calls in the smart choice but it’s also the BEST choice! A wonderful place with everything you need! Shelley was so easy to contact and took care of everything with care and professionalism…the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had all the extras and the bathroom was spotless and inviting with great water pressure, and the living room was very cozy and relaxing. The internet is blazing fast and having Amazon Alexa hardwired into the house was a very convenient touch! The three of us highly enjoyed the stay and will be staying there again definitely and recommending the house to our friends who want to stay close to Arcade or Java to visit, or anywhere in buffalo or the Southtowns. This place is a true gem and can’t wait to stay again! Thank you!

We stayed at Mike’s Cabin. It was very cute and well appointed. We had everything we needed! The surroundings are beautiful. Who doesn’t like lakefront views?! Ting was very helpful whenever we had a question. We had a spectacular day at nearby Letchworth State Park and had a relaxing time at Silverlaken. We highly recommend a stay. We didn’t get a chance to utilize the sauna or kayaks but are a great addition.

We had a wonderful stay at Anthony’s cottage on Silver Lake! Anthony was a great host who was thoughtful in providing a comfortable and hospitable retreat for our family of five adults to gather. His cottage was spacious, warm, and welcoming. The beds were so comfy and the whole house was perfectly clean. We appreciated having a laundry room upstairs, easily accessible to the bedrooms. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. If we are ever back in the area, we would definitely want to stay here again!! Thank you for a great visit!!

Amanda’s cozy cottage exceeded our expectations! It was fully equipped with everything we needed, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The screened-in sunroom was the perfect place to relax, offering a stunning view of the lake. We loved spending time there, especially in the mornings with a cup of coffee. The cottage was clean, well-maintained, and had a very homey feel. If you’re looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway, this place is a gem. We’ll definitely be returning.

I wish I had better words the. Amazing, but it was. Very clean, comfortable, felt like going home or maybe to grandma house where you could just relax. Lovely home with a touch of character. The hostess/host were friendly and helpful. The only down side is there isn’t a lot of outdoor space for kids to play but there are games and books inside. Plenty of seating inside and out. Absolutely wonderful.

The place was great. Views of the lake. Host was friendly and answered all my questions. Looking forward to renting this again.

We absolutely loved our stay. We would love to come back in the summer and enjoy fishing on the beautiful Lake! The house was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the views!
